Another accessibility question / feedback I also have regards to fast-paced, multi-paced stimuli. Comparing to cognitive load.
In this case, for example, with my current disability, I cannot do the fishing required to achieve the Night Temple (?) bundles. This is a hard stop for someone with my cognitive challenges at this time. I cannot handle the urgency, time-sensitive, multi-input mouse motion/mouse key push/release, hand gliding, at randomized intregrals of varying speeds with these seven requirements to achieve one output?
Introduction: Abstract Pathways.
An approach could be allowing some introduction mechanically into the game as alternative solutions. We see this already with Pumpkins for sale with Baduur vs. Tamala's shop as seeds. And the Gardner as a quest.
An award system where items can achieve multiple acquisition attempts / RNG even if small, improves an ability for cognitive load restricted folks to achieve the core gameplay mechanics.
What if a special lure exsisted that visually cued players more effectively, so when this lure is enabled, or a bobber even, it changes the fishing mechanic from mouse/hand/rapid coordination to something more simplified but still relies on RNG.
