Players across Palia will work together to create a collective 25 million total Jams, Preserves, and Canned Foods before the event ends. Whether you are tending crops, harvesting fresh ingredients, or running your Preserves Jar crafter at full capacity, every jar helps the community reach the goal.

Holy harvest, that’s a lotta jam! Badruu just tallied it up, and you folks made a spectacular 21,408,309 jams, preserves, and canned goodies during The 2025 Jam-boree. That’s teamwork at its sweetest. 
While we didn’t quite reach the community goal, we were blown away by the dedication that was shown throughout the event. This time, we’re sending out rewards as a heartfelt thank you for making our very first Jam-boree such a spirited success. You can claim your goodies in the News Inbox by logging in between <t:1761782400:f> and <t:1762390800:f>.
This Jam-boree taught us a lot. These community events are still new, and each one helps us learn how to make them better.
We heard that players really enjoyed being able to take part in different ways, whether playing solo, teaming up with friends, or keeping the jam pumping while on other adventures. It was fun to see all the different styles of participation come together.
We also heard that the goals felt a little too ambitious and the rewards not quite as exciting as they could be. We’re taking that feedback to heart as we plan to host community events more often, giving everyone more chances to play, contribute, and celebrate together. This time, we’re rewarding everyone for joining in, but in future events, rewards will depend on the community reaching the shared goal to make every success feel that much sweeter.
We loved seeing your enthusiasm and can’t wait to build on what we learned. Keep an eye out for the Community Vote to help pick the flavor of a future in-game Jam plush, and treat yourself to a well-earned slice of Pumpkin Pie. 🫐 🍎

We’ve noticed some confusion around the difference between the “Unlock Premium Lunar Path” and “Unlock All Path Levels” options in the Lunar Pass. We’ll be updating the wording in a future client patch to make things much clearer in game.
Until that update goes live, if you bought (or buy) the more expensive option thinking it included Premium access, just reach out to Player Support and we’ll make it right by granting the Premium Lunar Path. And if you already purchased both, we’ll return 1,975 Palia Coins instead.

The issue affecting Daily Quests, the Premium Store, and the Lunar Path has now been fully resolved. Everything should be back to normal and functioning as expected.
There was a short period of time where the service was disrupted. During this time, if you completed a bundle or daily quest, there was a chance you didn't get the Lunar XP. Over the next few days, we'll be automatically granting back lunar XP that players missed from Bundles.
For** Daily Quests**: because the system was down, some players may have missed up to two days of rewards. To make sure everyone is covered, we're granting all players 200 Lunar XP and 12 Tailor Tickets, regardless of how much you personally missed.
All you need to do is login between now and Thursday, December 18th to claim!

Addendum: We’re aware of an issue where the Tailor Tickets from the Daily Quest grant may not be immediately visible in some players balances. The team is actively working on resolving this separately.

Submissions are now officially closed for the Palia Partner Program.
First of all, thank you all so much for the incredible response. We received over 1,000 applications to the Partner Program, which far exceeded our expectations and reflects the incredible passion from our Palian community.
Because of the overwhelming number of qualified applicants, we will be onboarding creators in multiple rounds to make sure all creators that we invite get the support they need. The first round of acceptance emails will be going out soon, and they will come ONLY from an official @singularity6.com email address, so please keep an eye out and stay cautious of impersonators!
If you do not receive an email in this first round, please do not stress! It does not mean you were not selected. We’ll continue reviewing applications and send out additional rounds of acceptances as we are able to support onboarding additional creators. We’ll also be looking at your ongoing Palia content and activity as we move forward with future acceptance rounds.
We genuinely mean it when we say we love seeing all of your Palia content. Thank you again for the overwhelming interest and excitement for the Palia Partner program and we look forward to sharing more updates with you all!

10 Million Player Celebration Extended!

Howdy, Palians!
The 10 Million Player Celebration has been such a joy to share with you all, and we want to make sure everyone has enough time to join in, finish their reward track, and claim those special celebration rewards.
And with the Royal Highlands update arriving on May 12th, we realized something else: we don’t want the newest Palians joining us to miss out on the party.
So we’re extending the 10 Million Player Celebration Event through <t:1780358400:D>! 🎉
That means more time for current players to finish up, and more time for brand new Palians to celebrate alongside the rest of the community.
But even with the extension, the party won’t last forever. We won’t be able to extend the 10 Million Player Celebration any further, so we really want to make sure folks have enough time to finish the reward track before it ends. Luckily, it’s easy to join in, start making progress, and be part of the celebration. 💛
So if you know someone who’s been curious about Palia, someone you think would feel right at home in Kilima, or someone who hasn’t visited in a while, give them a nudge sooner rather than later! The event ends on <t:1780358400:f>, and we want your friends to have time to jump in, celebrate with us, and claim these special rewards before the party’s over.

The day is finally here. In just a few moments, we are going to send out the first wave of invites for the Pre-Alpha. Those admitted into the Pre-Alpha will get a new role on Discord along with access to Pre-Alpha testing channels.
We expect the first wave to be finalized within the hour.
Keep in mind that this is just the first wave of invites. We expect to have more invites in the coming weeks.
Note: There is no email. This will be done only on Discord.

We have just started the process of sending out the second wave of invites for the pre-alpha. We heard your feedback regarding the previous wave, so this time we’ll be doing invites through email.
The email will be coming from welcome@palia.com. Make sure to check your promotions tab and spam folders in case it hasn’t landed in your inbox. This will not be immediate and will take a day for all emails to be sent out, we’ll update once the process has concluded.
To select these 1,200 folks we drew from the email signup in the Palia website as well as the surveys.
