Guys, I have a question I have had for long but IDK why I never asked.

Illuvials will have stats and each illuvial (as an NFT) will have unique stats. Say my rha has 101 attack and 99 defense and yours has 104 attack and 97 defense. You know, params around levels but with some variance. Very similar to pokemon ivs and evs.

So, as I was saying I understood this is the plan, or at least I hope it is as it gives extra purpose for the trainers, grinders and collectionists.

Now, the big question, and this would be a game changer: are there plans to move this slight stat variance in game in a competitive manner?

Imagine arena with slightly different params illuvials, somthing not too fancy, but enough to add that extra attachment to your Kukla with 44 attack 999 hp 45 defense, and no that other Kukka of your friend with other stats. This is an additional way to add attachment to illuvials.

I know that from a high competitive stand point it might be seen in bad eyes, pay to win shit, etc. but for most players this would be so cool.

Heck, even ranked mode could be with variance in stats and only tournaments with normalized stats.

Anyone from the team cares to enlighten us on this regard please?

Character designs - Illuvium wins easily, weakest aspect of PalWorld
Lore and story - Well Palworld doesn't have any
Competitive gameplay - PalWorld doesn't have any
Environments - Comparable in size, PalWorlds is less directionless, quite different in goals
Gameplay Loop - PalWorlds is near perfect, Illuvium is catching up quickly
Character Progression - PalWorld has got it over Illuvium, Illuvium is working on it, but its the least talked about aspect currently
Base Building? - Illuvium doesn't have it, not yet at least

Interesting that nobody mentioned lore when comparing illuvium to Palworld. My understanding is Palworld doesn't have any. I've heard it called soulless because of this. A Frankensteins monster of a game, with mechanics that have all been done before. That's why the game if very forgettable imo. Its not even about rewarding the grind. But just enabling the grind. It wouldn't feel interconnected if everyone could do everything that's all. It would feel like 1000 single player experiences rather than 1 multiplayer 1.
