You're confusing wing buff with cape. The cape costs heart, the wing buffs are received in orbit based on the number of unlocked spirit locks

Well if it has been a number of months, then it is due to that, you accumilated about 8 Traveling spirit unlocks and since you didn't go to Eden all this time, you just got those TS unlocks that get counted as Wing Buffs so you should be fine. :)

A lot has happened since you played, I would check all the blogs and release updates from TGG website to see what all the additions were.
Also just confirmed that it doesn't seem that the Wifeworks staff was needed, it was just something you could have gotten as the event was a one time event - just like the current cinnomon roll collab.

There is no plans for it to return so all IAPs and Ticket event items will most likely not return.

You can at least participate in the fireworks festival every 1st of the month!

The max AC you'll get is determined by the amount of fragments that everyone collects during the activity, collecting all or most of them should get you the max reward, but missing alot of them will affect the max AC reward that everyone gets

I think you are reffering to one of the Aurora Spirits, and That would be available in the collesium in Valley of Triumph (The place you finish the race. You should find Aurora and her spirits off to the side)

The statues you give your light to in exchange give you ascended candles. The reset makes it so you can give your winged light to the statues again. 🙂
