Hey ! i have a question, a friend of mine sent me a message on my star chart but when i click on it i just see my friend honking and no text appearing. I'm pretty sure my friend wanted to type something but i can't see it. Is it normal ? is a pc bug ?

I can't find anything related to that on internet :/

STAR is a feature that works scanning NFC chips within certain Sky merch (like pins, plushes and figures) which grant some features in game (like a TP to an area or a temporary spell). It isn't supported on PC devices, only on mobile and Switch

best alternative way that i have found is to scan the STAR pin in an area that doesnt support spells, such as the nesting workshop, while on ur mobile device so that it stores the STAR spell in ur spells list as a one time use. each time u use it u have to re scan it using this method, but i am able to use the features i have on pc when i so choose to

So I have no audio in game. I've made sure my computer settings are right, i've restarted the game, and made sure all in game audio is max. Nothing. No honk, no candle lighting, nothing.

Can sky have its own launcher, or rather, a game without Steam? I heard Steam doesn't support NFC keychains. Has this been suggested before, and what's the devs response?

Sky could do that, but that would probably cause both distribution and exposure problems TGC would probably not want to handle at this point.

The "Steam doesn't support NFC/STAR pins" thing, doesn't refer to Steam as the platform, it refers to Sky as in their Steam (PC) port.

And yes, STAR support for PC's using NFC readers has been suggested before, though you can also suggest it to the devs in #🐛submit-bugs-and-feedback . There hasn't been an answer from the devs about this, and keeping in mind the game is still considered "early access" on Steam, things may change, so no one really knows

Hello! I'm not exactly sure if this is the right tab to send this message but I wanted to play on pc and I found out I had to link my steam account but this keeps on happening. Is this a bug? How can I fix it? It automatically says "unlinked" when I couldn't even link any account. Is this an android thing?

Log in through Google then. Facebook causes issues with linking Steam

I'm trying to log in through the pc app, it says I have to link my steam account through mobile, I can't really log in on pc using my gmail

Reason: Sky handles chatbox in a weird way, it opens a new window on top of Sky and on Some GPU drivers it causes it to temporarily flicker if you are in fullscreen
Solutions:

1. Use windowed mode
2. Switch to nvidia GPU
3. Deal with the way it is

So, I have been playing Sky on PC with my Steam account. - Can anybody tell me, if I can play with a different Steam account on the same PC? Like: Can I just log out of one Steam account (and therefore one Sky account), and log in with another Steam account (and play with a different Sky account)? Or is it likely that there will be problems/ bugs (my thought was that maybe the save data would be stored in the same location?). Thank you so much for any answers!

Late, but as someone with 3 Steam accounts, I can confirm you can log into Sky through another Steam account and it will be an entirely separate Sky account As far as I can tell there are no issues with using multiple accounts on PC, just keep in mind the standard rules for alt accounts

The main thing to avoid is sending yourself hearts, of course. Many also recommend keeping your accounts separate (not having them friended, not interacting with each other, etc.) just to be on the safe side
