Okay, if you need an account reset to erase your current character and start over, that has to go through Player Support.

If you only want to change the name of your character, that can be done online at palia.com. Your second comment sounds like you want a name change, but perhaps it didn't work for you?

That is correct when I went on my phone and went on the games site I also did not see my character at all. The communication from my phone to my PlayStation Palia account is not linking.

So for my situation I think I need to reset my whole entire account for the game like I bought it new on my PS5 I don't have any other devices that I played the game.

Okay. It sounds like you made a palia.com account, but it's not linked to your current PS5 Palia character (because you didn't see your character name in the character section on your palia.com account).

Since you already made a palia.com account, if you wish to keep this account, you'll need to contact player support and they can link the palia.com account to your PS5 character. Once this link is completed, you will be able to rename your Palia character.

If you would like to make a new palia.com account with a different email, I can send you instructions on how to do this yourself. After you link your character to a palia.com account, you will be able to change the character name online.

You don't need to reset your entire account, based on what you've shared here.

parties are when you and other players group up to do tasks much faster and more efficiently, there are informal and formal groups, where informal groups are for much larger scale parties such as cooking parties where you would be in one player's plot to cook dishes while formal parties use the in game party system, there is a max of 4 players using the in game party system, you share loot and a chance of getting 2x loot

All relics can be switched out by clicking the quest gear slot in your accessories bar and cycling through the relics you'd like to use.

You must be in EW Central Stables to change relics.

If you have 2 available in your quest gear slot, then you need to craft the remaining 2 relics. You can buy the schematic recipes at Eloisa's Elderwood store, in front of the Elderwood Bundles.

How do I get the first celebration token to get the premium outfit am I missing something

I just signed in after a long hiatus and I don't understand what it wants me to do to get the token or how people already have an outfit if it takes 10 days to get the check-in reward

Open your dailies. There is a third daily where you claim the token. Then you go to the path and claim the prize. The box will appear next to your mailbox. For me, nothing happened when I picked up the box, but I went back into the path and hit claim again and then I got my outfit.

If it's the white Lunar Path badge, it means there's no current path activated. Since the celebration path isn't a "real" Lunar Path, the white default badge showed up for those of us who don't have any Lunar Paths to work on.

sounds like you planted them overlapping two plots? after a few harvests the beans will disappear and then you'll be able to move the plots. or you can delete the beans using the hoe. if you're on PC it's right click while holding the hoe, idk about consoles

particular steps depends on your console but you typically need to make a new console user profile and then open palia and link a new email to a new palia account. here's some info i found online, let me know if it works or you need some help:

Steps for Each Console:

Nintendo Switch:
Go to System Settings > Users > Add User > Create New User.
Open Palia with this new user.
Follow the in-game prompts to create a new Palia account or link a new email.

PlayStation 5:
Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Users > Add User.
Launch Palia and use the "Create New Account" option (square button).

Xbox Series X|S:
Create a new user profile on the Xbox system.
Launch the game and select "Create New Account" when prompted.

Ensure the bottom floor is free of wall and ceiling decor, and you've set the second building down on the ground to finish building first, before trying to place it.

Every time you switch maps or return to your housing plot, you switch servers. The game tries to put you on a server with active friends, not with people you blocked, and the lowest ping, not necessarily in that order. If you want to switch regions (US, EU, Asia), you have to sync servers with a friend in one of those regions.

Question about Reth's romance questline as well as the level 5 friendship quests for him, Tish and Zeki: ||Since the level 5 friendship quests involve Reth being able to leave the cartel, does that affect anything surrounding his romance quests, since those revolve around him still working for the cartel? Would the dialogue or progression or anything change in any of these quests? I'm likely to finish the friendship quests first so I don't want to miss out on anything since I wanna romance Reth too ||

This is an error, you don't have to pay or subscribe to play Palia. The same thing happened a couple days ago and users were able to get back in after around 20 minutes. Try restarting your console to see if that helps. You can also report the issue to player support to both document it and ask for assistance if you're still unable to get in

Double check it didn't stack on top of other soil tiles; resync your system date and time while Palia is closed, and reload the game to see if it came to the front of the plot. If none of that works/it does not show back up, you'll need to file a player support ticket.

It is located on the Path of the Tadpole, I believe it's closer to the end of the path. So you'd need to activate that path so your Lunar XP goes towards it.

I just joined here, so I’m not sure if this is the correct channel, but I’m gonna ask here anyway: I just downloaded Palia on my PS5 yesterday, and tried to make a new account so I could play the game. Although, it isn’t letting me. I closed the game and deleted it and it still won’t let me log in. I’m stuck in the login screen with the “create an account” and “forgot password” below it, except at the top, it’s showing a red box that says “You do not have access at this time”. What does that mean, and what do I do? Initially, when first making an account, it gave me the option to link something, so I did that, and I made an account, but now I’m just automatically on the login screen. Pls help🥲this game looks so fun and I’d really like to play it!

From my understanding, you already have created a Palia account but are now unable to login. You can try this solution to see if it solves the problem:

1. Login to the Palia Website on a different device and go to your account information.

2. Confirm your name/age/country details etc are correct and fill in the missing information and ensure it is saved.

3. Ensure your console is completely updated and do a full restart. Afterward, try logging back into your PS5 to see if the issue is resolved.

I actually turned in a support ticket for this just last week. Nai'o has not moved from that spot for me since probably sometime late last summer. I didn't even realize that wasn't normal until last week! In my conversations with support, we discovered that even though I finished the stable board quest "Through the Woods," it is not listed in my completed quests. One other player noticed the same thing--that quest was done but not in their list of completed quests. Support told me that they were passing on the information to the developers and were going to investigate if other players were experiencing the same thing, so my recommendation would be to also send in a support ticket. They might ask you for screenshots. But the more people report it, the more likely poor Nai'o will be freed from his Elderwood stable board duty.

I just tried to do step 1, unfortunately I’m either doing it wrong, or it’s still not working. I tried to log in there, but it wouldn’t let me because my account is already existing on my PS5, which.. was weird, because I don’t know how I’m supposed to log into an account with a different account? Anyway, it made me make a new password, but I’m not sure that did anything to help, so I’m still stuck. Nothing’s changed in my PS5.

Whenever you claim the gift that should’ve been next to your mailbox, there would’ve been a pop up that showed which mystery outfit you obtained. It’s possible you may have clicked off of it before it could pop up. In that case, you’ll have to manually go through your wardrobe and see which outfit you didn’t have before.

The quest gives you four slots, the founders pack gives you four more. The most you can send home is one row.

Now that you have the pet from the quest you send home half a row, right? Those are the four "slots." You can use the courer ability with any pet once you unlock it. So you don't have to use the galdur pup if you have another pet. The founders pack gives you four more slots in your inventory, so that you can choose an entire row to send home. The four more "slots" are the other four things in the row of 8 in your inventory.

No, you can't buy them separately. I was the same as you, and didn't want to spend the money on the founders pack so I was just accepting I'd only have 4 slots forever. But I did the math and decided it was worth it at the current price. Obviously a decision you have to make on your own, but it's well over 16,000 coins worth of stuff (and there are 3400 coins in there, too).

I would try the cliff above Pavel mines. I went up there and one spawned in right away. You can also use a bug lure to help them spawn in the D/E/F 10 area on the grid. The do spawn in that area as well, so just make sure you are catching/chasing away less common bugs to help the butterfly spawn

It's basically a daily log-in reward. It is 10 levels and you can claim one level per day, just by logging in (you have to claim the token in your dailies to claim the day's prize). You don't have to activate it although it is listed under lunar paths. And it lasts until May 11, so you have extra days between now and then to make sure you get all ten levels.

There's no need to earn lunar XP for this one either, unlike the other lunar paths. Just log in, get your token in your dailies, and claim your prize.

You can however put all your palium chests on a different plot to "hide" them and use the ones you like on your main plot. You will still get the palium storage limit of 14,000, but you can access it with (for example) an iron or copper chest on another plot. The limit of 8 chests is per plot, not across all plots (although you only get the storage for your eight highest tier chests).

If you had none while partied up with them, you were not in range to receive the loot. Stay within 35m to ensure you receive the same loot as your party members.

And no, it's not bugged, it can just take a while. 1k arrows for ogopuus isn't that much, as they each take 4, 6, and 8 hits individually to be captured.

Focus on the blue ogopuu only for that specific quest and definitely continue to party and hunt with others. It goes much faster and you'll use less of your own ammo as multiple ppl will be shooting.

Are you missing the tints? They come in another chest that you have to open... so you claim the chest on the bulletin board, and you get a chest. Then you have to open that chest in your inventory. It might be in your storage, too.

You have to complete the “Something Fishy” quest first and then you’ll be able to complete the other 2 quests to be able to get the tools you need for hunting and bug catching. For the Elderwood Lure, I believe it automatically attaches when you craft it or obtain it unless you already have another hook attached. You can check in your inventory depending on what platform you’re playing on to see if it’s attached

No worries, that's why I wanted to clarify, thankfully a few other players reported this in earlier in the week and we figured out the ! symbol means a handler's license for that animal;

!10mil This has instructions along with a walkthrough with pictures specifically for the 10 Million Celebration event. You don’t have to complete dailies to get the rewards, the coin you claim for the event is just in the same area as the dailies.

Dailies themselves are daily quests that have collect or craft items in the game to earn tailor tickets which can be exchanged in the wardrobe to change the color of cosmetics. You can access dailies at the bulletin board located in Kilima Village or by viewing them in the Feature Guide tab.

These are the only ways to obtain the enchanting runestones. I would suggest double checking the sacred flower locations. There are a couple sacred flowers that are obtained through quests and by hunting a Waveback Ogopuu and Piksii Shmole. If you decide to go back through them, I suggest taking screenshots of all the locations in case you need to contact support if you’re truly missing one.

this daily is extremely buggy, although for the record putting items in chests and taking them out never works - the item has to be newly received (or if furniture or star quality, you can place it on your plot and pick it up to make it count). you're probably best off rerolling if you can

I’ve completed Elouisa’s and Zeki’s part but now I can’t get any new dialogue after talking to them about the information about the birds. Ok so I really wanna build the Alchemist Cottage house and I bought the Alchemist Cottage A before it switched to the Tadpool lunar path but since the move, there is no such thing as the Alchemist Cottage B. Is that just gone completely? Cause if so that's infuriating because I really liked the curved roof and I don't see it any of the current paths.

Nope. There's the Base room, a window, fireplace, Ivy, the second part to the fireplace, conservatory and home line upgrade. No cottage B. And I do not see the Alchemist Cottage available in any of the other paths.

The base room is essentially Alchemist Cottage A. This is honestly infuriating because I saved up to get the Cottage B and then it got removed from City Hall and now all that's available in the path is what I stated.

The alchemist items for the original cottage B set up are 100% in the Tadpole path to be unlocked. I personally can confirm this as I have finished the path and have everything listed in the cottage B column in the picture that Mogi sent you.

In the Tadpole path, you only see 1 picture of 1 item that is in the recipe collection. Each recipe pack unlocked contains multiple pieces. They will be at your workbench to craft once you unlock them.

You've probably made it home now, but you can also get home if you have a friend with a house on tours. Open a friend's profile from your friends' list, and in the bottom right you can tour their plot if they have it up on tour. Then you can get home from there.

You can purchase or rrquest hearth potions; or, Open a profile from your server or friend's list, and in the bottom right corner of their profile, you can tour their plot if they have it up on tour. Then you can get home from there.

If it helps at all, you can collect all the chest rewards by only filling 3/4 bundles and completing some dailies. I didn't do the bug bundle 🤭

They did increase the spawn rate of duskwings for this board, though, so people have been having better luck than usual

Hallo. Has anyone else had issues unlocking the glider? I've completed 'Like a Bird' and Najuma has nothing for me anymore yet I'm expected to jump across a chasm in main story quest. I've tried reboot, rebinding the key and all that.

it should have been equipped into your glider slot automatically and will come out when you double tap the jump button. check if there's anything in your glider slot in your inventory. if not, go home and check if it's in your storage chests. (it gets sent there if your inventory was full)

helloo, im a bit lost or maybe not the smartest rn. Im trying to increase my total focus using my renow at dragon shrine. My focus is 350 rn, im pressing interact button on the shrine, i got the kneeling animation but it doesnt take my renow or increase the focus, do i need to do some fancy quests to get more or am i doing something wrong? 😭 restaring the game didnt help either

Did you get the letter from Chayne? You need to be "invited" by him to go there before you can use it (I'm assuming you did as your focus is over 300 but just making sure, dunno if they changed anything to the system)

Hmm that's really odd. I know the shrine can be buggy sometimes but usually relogging/switching servers works. I'd suggest server hopping a couple times, maybe relogging again, see if it works after that, and if not, I'd send in a support ticket

you can't place it "on top", so yeah, you'll need to move everything over manually. if you have room on your plot, it would be best to place the grand harvest house somewhere else then move all the rooms over then finally remove the original harvest house and move the grand harvest house with all the rooms over to where it was

This is so crazy because I completed this question months ago, but I went bsck today to see if I could find some of the starred glow bugs. And I only noticed this myself today and went down a rabbit hole. It's just decor in a sense. Many of the landscapes are uneven, and there are areas that hide the grid. I think Autumn Acres is the worst for this--I'm not sure if that's the one you're using--there's a whole area where you can't place anything. Switch to the default landscape, place your stuff, and then switch back.
