it's not possible to fire it in the wrong spot, i assume you fired a firework arrow she gave you as a reward rather than the quest firework. go up the hill and interact with the sparkling spot to place it

As soon as Jel and Tish finished talking to me on my plot, I got a pop up saying I learned those 3 camping recipes and when I went to check the workbench, the makeshift tent recipe was also there and it wasn't before

It happens in all games, especially when there is trading, no big deal, some like it, some don't.
Many would even prefer to pay for max upgraded tools on day 1 before even starting to play the game, all prefer different things, best not bring attention to them though, like the mod said.

I think not all of them give you seeds. I planted some flowers from the blossom bounce and i did get extra seeds but not from the one that look like a bush or from the fern🤷🏽‍♀️

before you start making the recipe, collect the ingredients you want to use in your inventory first. it'll use items you're carrying before going after your stashed stuff. also you can make locked storage boxes to stash anything you REALLY don't want used in crafting. Its 100% safe in there

Select the recipe at the grill, then move your cursor right to highlight the variable ingredient. At the bottom, it will show you the button/key for "Open Item Picker" ("Y" on the Switch). Click that button/key to open the Item Picker that allows you to pick exactly what ingredient you want to use.

there are exactly as many sacred flowers in the game as are needed for the shrines. so there isn't really a "fastest" way, you just have to collect all of them. see map for the ones you can collect around the map and from chests. the others you get from quests, tamala's potion shop, and one each from hunting waveback ogopuus and piksii shmoles

When a tree respawns in Bahari Bay (and much rarer in Kilima Valley), it has a chance of coming in as a flow tree It is polite to call out flow trees (abbreviated "ft"). in server chat. A guaranteed source of flow trees is the grove.

At midnight in Bahari Bay, a cluster of trees in one of a dozen or so lcations will change into flow trees. The grove arrives with a chime and a pink aura surrounds the grove. People who find the grove are expected to call it out so everyone on the server can join in chopping them down. The traditional chop time is 3AM, but it depends on whoever calls it out.

3am is usually just for the grove though. If a person calls for a random tree they are usually just wanting help so the first person that turns up will cut it with them. Best you can do is say you are coming - a lot of people will wait for you then. And be in Bahari at midnight when the grove spawns - more trees and the 3am cut 🙂

no, it's just kinda rare. probably other people have been foraging it before you. running down the beach with a dowsing rod then switching servers and repeating until your dowsing rod runs out is the best way to collect as much as possible

that’s a flow tree you’d need at least a fine axe, to get small trees, can also get credit if you hit those trees but you’d wanna make a palium one to cuz those down. at midnight in bahari a grove of them will spawn somewhere on the map, watch the chat for map coords or listen for sound: the louder it is ina. direction is where you’d run to.

some of them you’d need another person to help cut them tho

The reason I'm asking all this is that since yesterday I've been feeling like my crops just aren't growing as they should.

I have a plot of 4x2 (the 9th soil is away from the main layout and holds all 9 possible weeds) growing carrots, onions and beans, surrounded by potatoes and cabbage for hydration. In other words 100% weed-free and hydrated. And it's been planted for over 24 irl hours, of which I'd been playing (well, mostly afk) at least 3, and logged out (well, was kicked for being afk) at least 4 times.

And last time I stepped away (2 hours ago) I took a screenshot of the crops, and compared it to what I saw just now, and it looks unchanged.

• Yes, the days to grow reference in-game days.
• Your crops will advance a day if you log out before 6am if 6am is passed while you're logged out and they are watered and weeded. They will not grow more if they are not still watered and weeded once 6am passed. (So, for example, you have one crop watered and weeded. 6am passed, it grows a bit, but it becomes unwatered. It will not grow more until watered again).
• Yes, as long as they are watered and weeded.
  I know sometimes, two plant stages can look very similar to another (with 4 day crops, for example, I cannot tell 2 and 3 day often times). I would also check again and make sure they are watered and weeded. To me, the weeds can look not super obvious.
  If you have confirmed that they are staying watered and weeded and they still aren't growing, then it might be a bug.
  I hope this is some help? Sorry if phrasing is weird.

That's happened to me a few times, I just restarted the game and it fixed. Sometimes it gets a connection error and just needs rebooted. If it happens again the text time you play, definitely look into submitting a ticket

I am 100% sure that they are watered (the layout is such that I only need to water when planting, but I also made sure once I started feeling they weren't growing) and weeded (I know exactly where my 9 weeds are, on their own separate square of soil 😁 )

What you said about different stages looking similar may very well be a factor (I am horrible at "spot the difference" games, too) but still doesn't explain all the many in-game days that have passed.

So it is either a bug (which would be a weird bug since this is a game world mechanic and not a player mechanic so it shouldn't affect only me) or I am miscounting the days. Now that you have confirmed the growth behavior, next time I grow I will track it more closely to be sure.

This is an infected forage item, there is also infected bugs, fish and animals , you need either bag of illusion relic or potion of essence from tamala ti pick up these items you will need to progress the elderwood story line ti unlock this ability, make sure you have done all 4 temples first also and chatted with Sabira and done her quests.

To get the relic you will need to gather artifacts and buy them with fun bucks

If you're still somewhat new, coins can be hard to get. cooking parties is very fun and can generate a lot of money. You can look around for cooking parties here and sign up for easier tasks like mixing stuff or ovens that doesnt usually require additional ingredients.

yes, but there can be multiple parties here #1143270926394335282 and what you do is join a party for cooking a role and together all players who have gathered will do one role in the said amount in that recipe. this will go on till repetition of the amount specified is done. (eg. 10 cakes) it may be a lot of words, i’d recommend watching a video on youtube so you can see how it works which may help you

yes, that is how the roles work in a cooking party, for the most part when you do sign up to do a role, you have to bring ingredients that is part of the role, using the cake making again as an example, one of the roles is fruit frosting where you make the cakes' fruit frosting, for that role, you would need to bring in a fruit (usually apples) and sugar in order to do that role

but as i state before, two of the roles dont require you to bring in any ingredients, which are oven and spreader roles

it's not an inventory item. open the inventory, in the place where you equip pets and stuff there will be a new slot for quest gear, just select that slot and it should give you the option to equip the spyglass

falling through the floor happens when your server didn't load properly. you just have to leave the server and come back. try to let it load in for a few seconds before you start running around

the second one is just a bug that seems to happen randomly to a whole server. you can put in a bug report if you want, nothing else to be done about it atm

Palia is learn by doing, so cooking is the only way. Making high Focus recipes is worth more XP. Making a recipe for the first time might give you a bonus? Cooking parties will get you a lot of gold coins and XP in a concentrated amount of time.

You can craft any relic by buying the recipe to the relic via the lil elouisa shop next to the artifact thing in elderwood stable. And then you should get a follow up on what you need/where to make it

it's just automatically equipped. no need to do anything with it. same goes for the treasure tracker if/when you get that one

nope. what it does is as you are running around doing things in elderwood, if the dig spot for an artifact is nearby, it will show up on the compass and show you how far away you are from it. the same with the treasure tracker except for treasure chests that are nearby

Only seems to happen when centered on that area.

You can definitely set items there, I have items in that area in my own plot with no issues. This area also acts as a water pick up area oddly enough. Dip your watering can there.

Your soil plots are preventing anything else from having enough space to be set down in the same area more than likely though.
