land is about all you can invest in right now 😉
There are Iluvitars but the fun of those is disk openings and nothing is scheduled for the next wave of disks yet.
Land values seem attractive to those in the now if you like that kind of thing. The open Beta of Overworld will be where you can capture Illuvials, nfts of the characters you can you to battle in the arena. And there should be some airdrop coming for those who make purchases and are also active in the games. Hope that helps.

I want to say something. im realy disapointed about blueprints. it was commerced as you can get unique blueprints that nobody will have ingame from first zero game, even was mentioned ramphyre or smth. i watched all videos from illuvium. Problem is that they are totaly not unique when 10000 lands get same blueprints. And the price of them is realy making me laugh since nobody needs them.

Its not the best way to say thanks to people who realy invested, bought lands and helped community to grow.

Basically revenue is received as eth. When it reaches a threshold amount then the team activates the revdis smart contract. The eth is used to purchase ILV from sushiswap and that ILV is held in the revdis contract waiting for the ILV stakers to claim the revdis that they have accrued over time as they have been eligibly staked.

Introducing a high-roller aspect to Illuvium, given that wagering on matches has been removed, seems like an epic move to create huge revenues and attract a lot of attention. The best way to do this would be to make Stage 3 runs exorbitantly expensive, possibly pricing them above $200, or even around $1000. On the other hand, Stage 1 could be more accessible, priced at $1 or below, with Stage 2 positioned in the $5 to $50 range. These are suggestions and are open to discussion.

The introduction of an exorbitantly priced Stage 3 could significantly benefit the DAO by boosting its revenues. This Stage could serve as an attractive fun opportunity for crypto whales, giving them a space to engage. Without such a Stage, the appeal for crypto investors to join and play may be limited.

I recognize there might be opposition to the idea of attracting non-gamer, investor-type players, with a preference for a community focused solely on gamers. However, it's worth noting that incorporating this high-stakes stages could enhance the DAO's profitability and create exciting content due to the significant real-money involvement. And the way illuvium is set up with sustainable nft economics, increasing the cost of stage 3 runs doesnt break any of the economic models in place

Imo the price ratios of the different stages go hand in hand with droprates ratios of the different tiers and stages of illuvials. If you have a ratio of 1$ : 1k$ you will have an incredible low droprate of high Tier illuvials in Stage 1 and might Miss out of all gamers, hoping a few whales will join.

But paying extra gas by being inefficient is definitely possible.

Claiming Rewards

When you stake ILV in yield farming, rewards will start accumulating for you. However, you'll need to manually claim these rewards and pay for the GAS fees of these transactions.

You can choose to claim the rewards whenever the pile is big enough to justify the gas fees. If you claim sILV2, it will be unlocked right away and can be used in-game as a substitute currency for ETH outside the marketplace and the Leviathan Arena. If you claim ILV, that batch of ILV will be locked for 12 months and automatically staked in the ILV pool with a token weight of 2.0 for compounding effects. And the process starts over again with new rewards accumulating.

Please note that ILV paid out as part of Illuvium’s Revenue Distribution must also be claimed, but they are not subject to a locking period.

EXPENSIVE Overworld Stage (250$+) for Whales: Discussion

Just added this to feedback-ideas, would love to get feedback and hear what the community thinks about the idea. I truly believe adding another stage, that is very expensive, in a sustainably way, would greatly increase the projects chance of success. A high priced stage would attract whales, create epic streaming attention, and lead to massive DAO revenues. And remember, the idea here is to do it in such a way that it would NOT AFFECT the other stages and free to play. I need the community's help in coming up with the best way to do this, my idea is create an expensive gold stage 4, where all the illuvials are gold (or some other cool skin holo)

I'd rather have a tiny chance of finding a super rare illuvial in any map, maybe a bit better odds in higher tiers but not too much. That to me is most exciting and makes me want to play longer/re-entry the map. Just my opinion
