This is a bit late but to log in you need to tap 'sign in method' from the play screen, before you tap play there's a button on the bottom of the screen. What you're showing is for linking accounts that aren't already linked to something, it's not for logging in

You should also try turning off Google's automatic sign in. I could be remembering completely wrong but there might've someone with the same issue and turning it off helped,

From discord searching, it seems TGC is yet to add the galaxy S22's GPU to the list of 60fps compatible devices- As for the lag, not sure Generally lag means the device can't handle running Sky. There have been 2 or 3 cases of visual glitches too in this server with that phone, perhaps the lag is another issue? There's honestly not much you can do from my understanding with issues like these other than like.. clearing cache, device restart and making sure you have enough storage. You can bug report it ofc, and #live-feedback to add 60fps. Maybe someone will have a solution/better answer

Its not a bug, it's either image retention or burn in depending on the type of screen you have, it's gonna be fine if you have an LCD panel, it'll go away on its on, but if it's an Oled or similar type of panel, it's permanent.

To be clear, the Facebook login issue has nothing to do with TGC. many other games that use Facebook as a sync method are encountering problems as well - TGC staff have stated that they are working side by side with Facebook to figure out the root of the issue, however this is contingent on what Facebook company's support can accomplish.

Sky will make your device go full tilt. If your device has poorly engineered cooling, you will have overheat issues. I'm sure running 3Dmark or Passmark on your phone for the same time frame would cause it to overheat as well.

The problem is when i log into another account on my cellphone. It immediately transfer my IAP to this account. So, the account which i bought them for, don't have them anymore. I think it's the version of the game i have on my cellphone. That after right after the update

Briefly, some of their iap items are being transferred from their main acc to another ones. Iirc skids that log in their acc on friends/family's devices or let others log in their acc seem to get this bug too.

there was a bug recently that meant that players with facebook accounts could not log in. because of that, they have been compensated with candles to make up for the time they were not able to play the game.

That's going to be an insanely long list, chipsets from 2009 to present day... Its better to look at it the other way round as they are much fewer devices which can run sky at 60. Any recent iPhone and flagship can sky at 60 no probs. Alternatively- #android-questions message

Most probably no, as those might/mostly not have: 1)Google Play Services, if I'm not wrong. One way around that is MicroG,
2)Since the bootloader will be unlocked, the game might refuse to run for security reasons. That's the best I can tell

There are other requirements other than Android version for it to appear in the play store. Your device needs to be 64 bit and also support the Vulkan API. Most budget phones aren't 64 bit and some don't have the Vulkan drivers. (Cost cutting measures by the OEM. An example of a popular budget phone that isn't compatible with Sky: The Samsung Galaxy A10 or A13)

Anyone ever had an issue that game won't launch? I only see up til the TGC logo (the blue hand) and nothing happens. Until I get message that app is not responding and it closes. Was fine today before reset. Tried reinstalling, force closing, force closed Google Play and Google Games apps... still nothing.

Searched and saw some people reported that issue on bug reports channel on 2021.

Sky doesn't play well with apps drawing over it. Please make sure you don't have any apps with this permission and try again. To find this, you go into settings > apps > special app access. That's one cause I know of that can cause that issue.

QR codes don’t work if you share them in-game, you need to add each other via candles. QR codes are intended to be use to invite friends you know outside the game.

hi, idk if i can answer but if the first answer didnt work u can signout of the current google play account and open sky and login, it will ask u which login u wanna use and u can choose the one u meant to login in then u can login back the other google play account u signed out of, u dont have to do this everytime btw (unless it happens again/wanna switch to another acc) (sorry if my explanation isnt clear)

More than likely missing Vulkan drivers or not using a Google Play Certified device. You can find device certification in the settings of the play store. A huge chunk of phones made for the Chinese market don't have play protect certification.
