Android and high resolution don't mix. You'd be lucky if the internal render is set to 720p. Native resolution is only available on iOS. 60 fps and NFC function should be available on any flagship Android released in the last few years. Heck, even a Galaxy S10 or a Pixel 3 (not the 3a) can do 60 FPS smoothly and have NFC capabilities.

About that, I hope that thatgamecompany increases the render resolution on Android... It sucks not being able to see Sky at full resolution.

My phone is probably more than capable to run at native resolution, but the game doesn't support as high a resolution as my phone's screen.

It seems server errors have been a thing since yesterday, you're best off bug reporting it. Not much you can do other than try restarting sky/device, but it's specifically a server issue thing so restarting wouldn't really help afaik

Are you on the Chinese server? Because for the global server days of summer isn't here yet, and won't be for a while. As this is a server for the global server, no one can help you here unfortunately I guess you could try the basic troubleshooting like clearing Sky's cache's, restarting device etc.

TGC takes active measures against creating multiple accounts for the purpose of giving you an unfair advantage by trading hearts etc with yourself

No problem. If you really want a second account then the best option is simply to use another device

It's fine to make alts as long as you don't use it to give yourself advantage over others stated above. Quite a few people make alts just to experience being a moth again, but generally having multiple accounts on the same device can cause all kinds of irreversible issues such as loss of progress, iaps, accounts etc. So yes it's recommended to make it on a different device

Android 11 has a built in screen recorder that does have a toggle to record device audio. You would find "screen record" in the options when you tap the edit pencil in your notification shortcut menu.

Go into settings - Apps - Special app access and make sure to disable allowing any app to "draw over other apps." If an app draws over Sky, it will stop responding.

Odd it doesn't say the default names. I would hazard a guess "appear on top" would be the one that draws over apps.

Random issues on pretty much any device can be resolved with a reboot.

Even something as special purpose as a console. My 3DS once wouldn't play any audio out of one speaker. Thought it was bust. Nope, just a reboot fixed it.
