Welcome to the official Sky: Children of the Light Discord Community! Please take a moment to thoroughly read our rules.
We also suggest you read our #faq channel for more information about the game and server, as well as #beta-faq if you're curious about becoming a Beta tester.
Please be aware that asking for help here is not a substitute for contacting Player Support for account-related issues such as missing items, currency, or loss of access to your account. If you need Player Support help, it is best if you submit a ticket through the game; otherwise you can contact them through the web here: http://bit.ly/skygamecs.
⚠️ If someone in our community is not following these rules either in letter or in spirit, one of our volunteer moderators (Community Elders) or TGC admins will notify the user about their conduct. Disciplinary action is at our discretion, but we'll always strive to give our community members the benefit of the doubt in such cases as a starting point. However, we will fiercely protect the quality of this community and will not hesitate to remove users who continue to be disrespectful.
If you see someone breaking the rules or otherwise behaving in a problematic manner, please use #contact-mods to submit a report. Do not escalate arguments or negative situations in chat channels.

Our most important rule here: be kind and considerate in your interactions with others, regardless if they are a developer, Shepherd, Elder, or fellow player. No trolling, arguing, insults, or otherwise aggressive or poorly intentioned behavior. This includes keeping Beta content in the appropriate Beta channels, such as #beta-discussion and #beta-screenshots-videos.
We’re a family-friendly game and community, so all mature content is prohibited in this server. This includes, but is not limited to: profanity, adult themes, violence, and other topics not suitable for an all-ages audience. Mods may remove or ask you to rename or delete inappropriate content.
Please keep server discussions on-topic about Sky and in English. While we have a global audience, we require all discussion in this server to be in English so that we can moderate appropriately.
**Do not send direct messages to TGC staff unless you have been requested to send a DM. **
Questions about beta openings, release dates, future content, and other inquiries that can be easily answered by the community should be kept to discussion channels.
Please use #🐛submit-bugs-and-feedback for feedback, bug reports, and wishlist items so that the appropriate TGC team members can see what you've written. While we understand that it can be tempting to DM a staff member about your thoughts, it actually limits how many people from TGC are able to read your message and makes it less effective.
No Requesting/Offering things including, but not limited to: heart trades, in-game and real life currencies, Season Passes, and art commissions. If you’d like to make new friends or need someone to join you in-game, please check out #looking-for-group-live . Some giveaways are permitted in #promote-your-sky-content but must follow the guidelines pinned in that channel and may still be subject to review by mods/TGC Staff.

🛠️ No discussion, images, videos, or links of hacks and exploits. We remind everyone that hacks and exploits are against our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, discussing emulators and obtaining game files from sources other than iOS App Store, Google Play Store, Nintendo eshop, and PlayStation Store.
For official giveaways hosted by TGC, including, but not limited to, the polls in #polls, please respect the time of TGC Staff and do not try to claim prizes you did not win.
