You can't. You bought a wing buff. That account now has a wing in its ||rebirth|| tray. TGC cannot help with that since grabbing winged lights is a core mechanic in the game. Being wingless is actually against game mechanics. While they won't do anything to those accounts, if you lose wingless status, they will not revert it.

It was caused by you grabbing a wing buff which made you not be wingless anymore. Not really a cause of the bug. If you didn't purchase the wing buff, you would have been fine, even with the bug still in effect.

These all don't really matter in terms of Sky performance. Sky is not really heavy on them but it's heavy on GPU (not cpu).
It seems there's something is bugging in your graphics drivers. Try another screen recorder and #report-a-live-bug hoping devs can find solution for your device type

Also, there are many generations of ARM. Just calling it an 8 core x Ghz frequency would be like saying your car has a V8 engine without giving the displacement information of the engine or the model of the engine. (4.0L, 4.7L, etc and is it a 1UZ-FE, 2UZ, 3UZ, VT300i, etc) imagine the difference between a Snapdragon 835 and a Snapdragon 865. Both are 8 core processors with similar frequencies.

Or the difference between an Intel Core i7 9700k and a Core i7 11700k... Same core count, same frequencies... Very different performance.

There's no way to get more of something that simply doesn't exist on your device/your device can't handle it. If your device only goes up to X fps for sky, then that's the max fps it'll go to. This still applies if you can get to 60 fps for e.g. on another game, but can't get it on Sky. Sky is very demanding when it comes to certain things. Your only solution would be to get a device that can handle higher fps There's a guide somewhere that explains what a device needs to run sky and what device/s do 60 fps

If you got a newer flagship phone, (Example: the New Galaxy S series phone that launched) it might not be in their database to enable 60fps mode. You'd have to wait for their database to get the GPU score of the device.

It's because the phone's GPU cannot handle the the load of the game, what I think is, you have a budget device. Companies mostly cut their costs by putting a less powerful GPU in their budget devices. Or if it was better before, then the OEM or the devs messed some things up in the game. So, low-end GPU, not CPU is why the game looks bad quality on your phone

If you chibi glitch, you should be able to get the spirit that bugs out and goes inside. To me it looks like the spirit is where it's meant to be, somewhere in the middle of the tower next to a wall, and you're just missing it. Have you gone around the whole tower and making sure you just aren't missing it?

Hi, Please head on over to #beta-faq and read it thoroughly,, while you are there you can get the two roles,,to be able to access the #beta-invites (channel to be notified when they release a new wave), Currently there is no invite wave. If they need to recruit more people they will release another beta invite wave in the #beta-invites channels. But there is no official date to when they will.

I often have this issue with colors. When I'm on Pinterest, or other apps, my display shows colors very weirdly. And when i play sky, i see my text is white in light boxes so it's very hard to read what i said. I also experience some colors errors while playing sky and it's very uncomfortable.

This bug i guess disappears when i restart my phone. But sometimes it takes one restart, sometimes multiple tries and sometimes it doesn't get back to normal at all.

Having more than one account on a single device is risky, and is against tos if you are using the alt to give yourself advantage over others (recharging you for CR, sending hearts to yourself, etc.) The reason only one device of yours is crashing is because only Android 8 are affected, one of your devices is 8, the other isn't. I'd recommend to leave your other device alone if you're planning to use the alt again, and waiting for your main acc device to get fixed. Even if you aren't using the alt to your advantage, multiple accounts on 1 device can still cause account issues like lost progress, etc

Android 7 was never supported. There is a pinned message from early 2020 and it even says the requirement is Android 8.0 up.

I believe the crashes on Android 8 might have something to do with the outdated graphics drivers. Android 8 is an outdated version of Android and devices that still run on it are probably unsupported from their manufacturers so they're not likely to get an update on their graphics drivers ever again.

Android 8 would have Vulkan 1.0. Vulkan 1.1 wasn't supported until Android 9.0 and even that's outdated. (Vulkan released 1.2 late last year)

As per #known-issues , it's an ongoing bug that they're working on fixing. Fixing bugs take time as it requires hours of figuring out what in the code is wrong, it could be as simple as a missing bracket, and changing the code can result in breaking other things, so they have to avoid breaking everything else. Knowing TGC bug fixing does take a while, so please be patient And don't forget to bug report so devs have all the right info on who and what devices are being affected^^

Last time they most probably compensated those users all who were affected with the same android devices. If most of the users with the same device were not affected or you logged in with Nintendo at least once you most probably didn't get compensated because all data showed that you could have been able to play and the issue was with your particular device

Please check #known-issues , despite android 8 being outdated, there's no guarantee yet that they'll stop supporting it They're working on a fix, but we don't know when it'll be fixed exactly (past similar bugs took a week or so to fix) We can hope for some sort for compensation since missing a week is a lot. In the mean time bug report it if you haven't yet, and you could also #live-feedback to kindly ask for a compensation:)

Alright , I downloaded game on my new phone , started it , chose Google account as sign in method , it poused for doing process for like 2 seconds and then nothing happened . So I started the game as new player , then went to setting , then tryed to log in from there but it keeps saying log in canceled error . So I checked my old phone to make sure I saved game . And it's ok on there , game is saved on my G.A
