Is seeing other people using the little prince planet area a bug?. Or is it now an intended feature?.
I'm really disappointed if it is an intended feature, because previously it was a nice quiet private space to spend time with select friends or solo.
Now my friends can't join because it's too full of strangers, and the plane no longer works as intended because other strangers activate it and it can't be used.
This Cape was expensive and what made it worth it is there was a special area to privately spend time with friends (nest don't have the same option for one on one time) it takes away a lot of what made this place special. I really hope it's a bug and not an intended feature.

There is not a phone/mobile device that supports more than 60FPS in Sky, not even iPhones with ProMotion or 60+hz enabled devices, this is a limitation made by TGC. The only devices that have 60+ FPS is macOS devices and PC devices (not sure if the PS4/5 also supports a higher refresh rate), you can leave your opinion/wishes in #live-feedback

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has the same problem:
Aside from the 2 default carpets you get for your nest I bought 2 more to put in there, but although there is still more than enough room in my nest, it says in my inventory, that I have 0 carpets. I placed the default ones already, but should be able to place the 2 extra ones I bought too but I can't. I also tried removing things from my nest, to see if it's a space issue but that doesn't work either, besides my nest isn't nearly as full as other players. I can still equipt the carpet like you can with the camera or instruments, but I can't make it part of my nest.

It's not a steam issue, though, as it works fine when Steam is started up outside of Sky. It may be a device issue, but I'm not entirely sure how I'd fix it if that's the case.

So, just so you know, I was able to fix the problem by deleting the cache for my device keyboard. It was touch and go, but the keyboard popped up long enough that I could enter my stuff bit by bit and now my mobile and steam accounts are linked. Now all there is to do is connect my Switch.

Turns out it was a device issue, but if this happens to anyone else, hope this helps you fix it.

You don't need to access the old email just using that to login. If Google deleted that email than you need to have your Sky id saved (you saved it, right? ) which you can use at customer support for telling them the id and ask for account recovery.

Once a Google account is bound to Sky you can't change it but you can change Sky to let it access your old email account. I hope it makes sense

Hey guys, I need help. It's been a while since I last played Sky, but now I'm back and I want to play it on my PC. The first thing I thought I needed to do was to install it on my phone to link my old account to my Steam account so that I can use it on PC. However, I ran into some problems. After the installation, I tried to log in to my old account using the Google sign-in method because I used this way before when I switched devices from iPad to mobile. So, of course, I had linked my account to Google beforehand. But now when I tried to sign in, it says, "If you don't want to create a new account, please cancel this process," but why? It's literally my old account, and I'm not new at all. Then, I accidentally hit the local sign-in method and came in as a moth (new). I don't know what it means. I tried to sign in again via Google, but I still came out as a moth. So yeah, I'm panicking right now. Is my account somehow merged? As tib said you can't unlink Google, it will be permanently attached to that progress.
Switch and pc can only login with their respective Nintendo and Steam accounts but as long as you linked the progress on a mobile device, you can play on either device.
But that Google account will be permanently attached to it.
When you get a new phone that supports sky you can use the "Sign in with Nintendo or Steam" method rather than using sign in with Google.

I've been having crashes now and then, first it was mostly on aviary, the most repeated crashes were 3 times before I can actually walk around aviary. Second, the crash happens at Valley I was trying to get to the village of dreams and while I was skiing down it suddenly crashed I can't provide photos or videos as proof since it's unexpected and unpredictable, not to mention that the game is not compatible with android making my screen recording lag and doesn't automatically save the video and if I snap a picture, a black screen would take over and it'll freeze for at least 2 seconds contemplating whether to put me back in the laggy game or Crash entirely

The photo crashing is usually due to your phone lacking memory ram and space but also could be your device simply can't handle the game any longer. You can try optimizating your phone and restarting it (switch off for like a hour and charge)

The best choice would be Google pixel devices like amazing Ash mentioned, because they're well optimized and don't have a heavy OS. It's best to stay away from Samsung A series and Xiaomi (Redmi and Poco) devices, since they tend to have buggy graphics drivers which may lead to more bugs.

I personally use the a54 and it's been great for me, s23 is a better phone but it seems like s23 and Motorolas have had bugs in the last few months with sky, ultimately it's up to you with what phone you think will be suitable for you and your budget

If you want a better performance phone then s23 will do you fine. I can't speak on the Motorolas much besides the fact they tend to have bugs more often

I live in Martinique (it's a department of France), it's difficult here to find phones with Snapdragon. Most of the phones sold here, when indicated, are under Exynos.
Normally the S20 FE is under Snapdragon in Europe, but here I find one under Exynos 😑.
I also found an S21 FE running Adreno 660.
Sorry to bother you, but I don't want to regret my purchase, so:
S20 FE (Exynos 990) or S21 FE (Adreno 660)?
Otherwise, I would take the A54; he doesn't look bad and there's a promotion going on right now. I think I can survive without Sky at 60fps, I have an A20e 😅 .

Exynos and Adreno are two different hardware, one is the chipset while Adreno is for graphics. I'm personally using the S20FE 5G to play sky with no lags at 60fps since Nov 2021, it runs on Adreno 650 and Snapdragon 865. The S21FE would be using slightly newer hardware compared to the S20FE but you should get the version that has snapdragon. (I'm seeing two versions with different chipset on GMSArena )

Afaik for Samsung devices in various countries most of the times you will find two models, one with an Exynos chipset (designed by Samsung) and one with the Snapdragon chipset (that is one of the recommended options) although the both of them don’t vary drastically in speed the Exynos chipset will be a little bit slower and run a little bit hotter, I’ve seen some driver issues with Exynos models but they should be fine for Sky, although it would best to avoid them and go for the Snapdragon version if available

Hey guys. Quick question, do you also have issues when uploading in game recordings to Drive? It happens to me that it gets stuck in the "uploading" stage and some of them have been like that for days. It's quite rare because it only happens with Sky in game recordings.
I can save by other means, but I like using Drive because it keeps the quality intact.

the in-game recordings are too big maybe? Google has issues with in-game recorder anyway (it's often buggy and its quality is not that great as other recorders), use android built in recorder feature or a third party recorder like AZ Screen recorder from Play store

No, no, I don't use the Google screen recorder if that's what you mean, I use the Sky in game recording feature, but in Android devices, it's not possible to save in game recordings in the device, but they have to be uploaded to google drive or other platforms to be saved. My problem is that it's kinda random you know? Sometimes I'll record 4 minutes and they'll be uploaded in no time, and then I record 10 seconds and they get stuck for days, so I'm not sure the files size might be the issue. As aforementioned, it happens only with Sky recordings so I'm not sure whether it is a Sky problem or a Google Drive problem, as all other files upload smoothly.

I could use the android built in recorder, but the buttons and all the game UI will not be hidden as opposed to the Sky in game feature, and trying to cover all that in edition later takes more time than I'd like it to.

It matters how strong the connection is to your WiFi router by your ISP because WiFi is only one part in the signal chain. I can't say good but it's KINDA if you're a type of guy that buys a mid range phones.I saw the specs of it and I think you're talking about Samsung A15 that comes out way back 2023 it have Helio G99 which is a good chipset FOR A MIDRANGE phone but if the phone cost about a price of a high end phone I'm gonna say No bruhhhh.In terms of Games specially Sky:COTL it's good cuz the chipset is a Gaming Chipset (FOR A MIDRANGE phones).Also Don't expect a Flagship graphics since it's only a Midrange Phone Chipset.

Also if I'm going to give you a suggestion,I think that will be "LOOK FOR BETTER PHONES".If you're a guy that don't have money but likes those mid range phones that have better specs, you can try to look on other phone brands cuz you can find more better mid range phones with better specs

Hello! Not sure if it's an Android problem but since my phone is Android I will ask here (If it's the wrong channel, forgive me :') )
There's a bug where when I go to the second portal, if I zoom in on my screen I can't zoom out at all. It keeps clinging/focused on my character and it gets in the way a lot.

"should" is quite subjective, but the s22-24 are quite decent for Sky gameplay, however if your eyes are sensitive to screen flickering, the s23 has quite poor pwm

Make sure not to launch the game on steam before the link to steam is confirmed, it's a very common mistake.
Sign in on mobile as usual, open settings ⚙️ > account > scroll down to steam and sign in with your steam account details. Wait for the confirmation that linking is successful and you can open the game on steam to play.

I downloaded sky on my tablet, beacuse bigger screen = better. But once I played sky, I realized that there are no buttons that I can interact with. I can't light up the candles, I can't claim winged light, I can't really do anything other then walk, use emotes and fly. I am not sure if it has to do something with the tablet, or is it just the game. I did try to re-open the all couple of times, and I tried to re-downloaded it too, but nothing seems to work.
