Heya! Had a question about friendship leveling with the carnival event. If I'm on the 3rd level of friendship with one of the spirits but wish to upgrade their friendship, does getting items from the previous levels help boost it? Or does it stay stagnant? Hope I'm making sense

They do give you a boost. All items combined from one level give you enough of a boost to reach the next level. Items from a lower level give a smaller boost for unlocking a higher level than items higher up.

Buying items/blessings from lower levels will still add progression to your current level, however the progression it will add will be relative to the level those items were on.
For instance, if you buy a blessing at level 1, it will be worth 2 days, and if you miss the half of level 3, buying that blessing will not bring you to level 4 (since the half of level 3 is worth 4 days)

in list view, there are times when I can't click on friends. It's usually 2 or 3 per page that I can't interact with at all. But in both, there are friends that arent staying lit after I light them. For the List view, that seems to be a visual bug, but for the Constellation view, it's a real issue. These friends are likely not recieving my gift of light, and I'm not recieving theirs.

If when you click on a friend in the list view nothing happens, then that friend probably unfriended you
Here are other well-known "symptoms" that happen when a friend unfriends you :

• The light quickly disappears after being given
• You never see that friend online (even if you see them changing outfits)
• You never receive light from them (and they don't receive yours either)

Okay, stupid question chat. Carnival stunt spirit wants to show me something,,,,But like,,,,I have,,,Zero idea where they are. Apparently, walking up to them on the upper deck of the ship isn't the right spot. So,,,,where can find them????

1. Try to open the friendship tree with your friend (tapping on their name on phone, clicking on the button to interact on pc or switch, ...)
2. Click once on a node you didn't buy yet, for instance if you haven't unlocked high five, click once on it ! A white candle should appear doing so
3. If a pop up asking you if you want to unlock the node appears, refuse, the pop up will close
4. The white candle however, will stay

Note that it only works if you're being carried with the piggy or princess carry emotes
If you are holding hands, flying will delete the white candle

Sometimes, some words or association of letters in your native language can be insults in other languages, here are some advices :

• When a message is showing as red, try to decompose it to understand what is the word that is being flagged, for instance if you want to say "I am going to grandma", you can send a first message "I am going" and then "to grandma". If "to grandma" shows as red, then the bad word is in this part of the message !
• Afterwards, try to find synonyms or to replace some letters with special characters, for instance : gr@ndm@ (grandma), or g3ys3r (geyser), ...

For me id definitely recommend saving for some kind of burn prop when a ts with one comes around (or get the small one when it shows up in the nesting shop tho that one doesnt work as well as the ones you can get from the traveling spirits)

Chibi mask and a burn prop are definitely two very handy things to have. For burn prop there's also the permanently available brazier from Season of Assembly

Not the repair itself, but each mini-crystal that you find to repair the lantern releases wax. There are also candle clumps and candle cakes (randomized) in the mending realm

• You can get one from the four candle stacks in the daily quest realm (1)
• You can get four from the daily quests (4)
  That's 5 without pass.
• You can get an additional one at home / Aviary if you have a season pass (1)

It's not normal but common. You can report it as a bug (in-game it's faster) and you can also try to burn those vines not at their tips but at a different part - this usually helps. But sometimes, they are stubborn because of vine placement / terrain conflicts, those are bugs

Google docs can be filled anonymously but Yes it indeed contains sharing willingness bias (who is comfortable with telling), also biased on not collecting players with all languages and social platforms and also can be biased with f2p ratio. I'm not entirely sure whether that would count as a creation tho. Also afaik this server doesn't permit such data collection.

The constellation can show at most 50 acquaintances. If you have more of them it shows them kinda randomly, but there are player experiences that those who light you more likely show up, and you can cycle them if you reopen the constellation. Unfortunately it's not a definite feature and the more friends you have the more inconsistent it becomes.
In list mode it should show all of them tho.

You don’t need tier 2 capes to complete 100% constellations, you can still aquire the elder mask without them.

That is probably due to issues since the new functionnality of list view was issued, if you try in the normal constellation view it should work better, can you confirm that you manage to send light normally in the usual constellation view please ?

If someone gives you a seasonal pass and that person who gifted you SP wants to refund , can that person do refund? and youll lose the sp items?

As per terms of service all sales are final. Support can take and judge exceptions, and there are accidental purchases, but if the gifter already gifted the pass, they already not only completed - but also used their purchase.

Throughout the years I have heard some people asking for a refund regarding their own pass - So far from what I have heard they always got to keep their items, if support judged refund.

If you’re not sure, it's not wise to respond with that. Negative count happened to those who bought items - even unknowingly - from unofficial sources with shady scripts

Hi, I’m experiencing an account binding issue.

I originally played Sky on Android using Facebook, and later linked that same account to Google account.

Recently, I installed the game on Steam, but it created a new account instead. My Steam account was then linked to this new account by mistake.

Now I’m trying to use my original account on PC, but:

• My Google account is already linked to the original account
• It cannot be unlinked, idk why seems like a bug?
• Logging in with Google account on Steam still leads to a new/empty account

Because of this, I’m unable to access my original account on Steam or properly rebind it.
