You're able to freely enter the concert area whenever you'd like, but the concert itself runs at specific times every 4 hours -- if you're after the concert specifically and not just the night stadium, you need to wait around for those time slots.

You also need to use the cape ability while you're in the actual Stadium at the moment, but that's set to change in a future update for live

But there isn't even an ounce of story in that area. @light wave , the concert was available for almost an entire month, you don't get any new story by buying the wings. With the asteroid cape, even during the season you couldn't visit the area unless you paid the 25$ for it. That's the difference

This is probably the only place I’ll receive firsthand feedback on this idea, so how does everyone feel about allowing all cosmetics to be wearable in the photo booth area of the office?

As of right now the founder’s cape isn’t worth much considering how often the office is open to the public during events, and this would put on some lost weight. I think that it would also lessen some of the FOMO players experience over long-passed ults, and raise hype for items that will eventually return as TS.

The only issues I can imagine will arise from this are hackers having access to a full closet, even if it’s only to a confined area…

This is what I sent to feedback: Allow every cosmetic and prop (excluding collaborations because of contracts) to be wearable in the photo booth area of the office. This would make that room special for people who purchased the founder's cape, and the "try outfit" feature could be extended to that whole room to allow people that paid for the founders cape to experiment with cosmetics they might want or want to check out. Plus, that shared space could have the full library or props, allowing who paid for the cape an additional and likely very appreciated feature in the office.

By that execution, would that imply that only people who are wearing the Office cape in the Office would be able to use the "try outfit" feature? So friends brought in via handhold from a cape owner wouldn't be able to use it, and the feature may run out midway for anyone using the TGC pin spell to get the cape

And also @honest wren The ultimate gift in live has not lost its ability to recharge. In the last patch notes, TGC said that the 0.20.0 version doesn’t have recharge and the 0.20.5 version will. Nothing has been taken away from the UG that live players have.

They put a big note in bold and underline text in every #beta-announcements post that all beta content is subject to change, and that nothing is final until it goes to live. This is the kind of stuff that that note is for. No one should expect the first beta version of something to go to live unchanged, until we see it in the live versions unchanged.

The only ultimate gifts that have been changed after release were the Enchantment Turban and now this manta projector prop. The turban got the glowy thing added to the top. The manta projector, they’re adding some recharging and being able to float on the mantas.

At the start BEFORE entering the shared space you need to ask each spirit where it wants the item placed by tapping the emote icon above it's head and it will move to the correct spot. After entering the shared space it's tricky because the camera spin prevents you from placing the item correctly. Just keep at it. Follow the hearts and when it's correct the spirits will ALL move into their preffered locations.

Wait so what the infographic basically says is that TGC made the last 5 candles easier, and the first candles harder? Why are people saying the 19 and 20th candle are unaffected? Mathematically speaking, if it takes the same amount of wax to reach 20 candles and the first 15 take more, then the last 5 HAVE TO TAKE LESS for it to stay the same.

i think what they mean by "the 20th candle is unaffected" is that the wax you need to collect in order to get 20 candles in total is unchanged. if you look at the individual wax requirements for the last 20 candles, then yes it takes less

I actually do like the chevron change. It makes the last 5 candles WAY less tedious. However, I really think they need to increase the candle cap to 25, as this would line up with the inflation we have seen going on in game

It's the same as the minimum wage increase when the cost of living goes up.

Okay so the only way I found to get all hearts was to stand beside the spirits and instead of dragging their items just clicking them and they'd appear anywhere depending on where you're standing - if they didn't heart straight away I removed them and moved then tried again.

I have experienced overheating just playing Sky regularly. It hasn’t happened in the past year (same phone) but there were times where I’d hop on for an hour and not even be able to hold my device with how hot it was getting

the main problem i had was that the spirits react to the placement of the props before you place them. if you drag them out of the menu they immediately tell you if they like it or not, even though you're still dragging the prop. and if they don't like where you dragged it, and you place it in the spot where they want it, they still don't like it?? i submitted a bug report on that

As for the DND discussion, I haven't really had a chance to test the spells but given what I've heard about here I personally think the current DND function should be renamed and another level added that's actually DND.

Cause to me the current spell would work for when I'm feeling not overly chatty but still don't mind the company for candle running, at times I feel like it's nice to have friends tag along for the ride, but talking can be really energy consuming so the current DND spell would cover that because it alerts friends you're not up for being social but still allows them to join you.

Following that, I think having a full DND option that blocks warping would be good for the times you just want to be alone completely, but I do see why it may not be something they want to implement as a permanent solo feature because like someone else has mentioned it can limit community gameplay which tgc naturally won't want to do extensively.

As for either options being spells, I don't really think it's fair to have to pay to get some quiet time, but I do think currently it's just for testing purposes (hopefully).

I submitted this to #live-feedback: While I understand the logic behind adjusting the chevron and wax count to help players who get 20 candles every day, I feel that this change is hurting sky's economy and encourages grinding which was the whole point of you guys implementing the chevron system. Unfortunately, people don't want to spend money on candles only; I know that focusing on bundling IAPs with candles would be significantly more profitable than trying to force players to candle run for 3 hours for 20 candles. People don't want to buy the 15 candle pack because there isn't anything special that comes with it. Personally, I think that adding candles back to IAPs would 1. Increase the volume of people getting the cosmetic 2. I present a few solutions here because I am warning you that if things continue how they are going, people will stop paying for cosmetics and passes since they are quitting the game. Most importantly though, players are losing their emotional connection to each other because they are forced to use all of their candles on cosmetics instead of friendships. For example, I had to choose between unlocking chat with a new friend and getting the TS's cape. I felt awful about it, and they did too. Right now, the candle economy is punishing players who upgrade friendships instead of buying cosmetics, while the whole point of Sky is to create a social experience for players.

Part 2: Please discuss this: Solution 1: Add tokens or "friendship fragments" that unlock special cosmetics. This would reward players for upgrading their relationships instead of punishing them. Solution 2: Decrease the cost of cosmetics. This is the easiest solution, but it is also likely to hurt profits. Solution 3: Bundle cosmetics with candles. (Discussed above). Solution 4: Increase candle cap to 25, remove chevrons to make candle running faster, and keep prices the same. Solution 5: Slash the amount of wax to get 20 candles by 50%, taking only 2000 wax instead of 4150. This would allow prices to remain the same, and would reduce burnout that leads to players quitting. Also, reintroducing catch up packs would be great for new players, bundling multiple cosmetics together and taking 20-30% off the total cost if they were bought separately. This last suggestion is pretty radical but it's also my favorite: How about making previous and current IAPs cheaper? From a statistics standpoint, if you have 1,000 people buy a $5 item, you get $5000 bucks. But if you only have 100 people buying a $20 dollar item, you only make $2,000 bucks. After closely observing your numbers and profits (comparing against inflation in real life), I calculated that you would make statistically significant more money by lowering the cost of IAPs. It's not graded, you don't have to make it perfect or amazing in order for it to be read and listened to. Tasking the Sky community with critiquing and grading your feedback also feels a bit like overstepping some boundaries, I think it could be better to do it in DMs with trusted individuals when it comes to workshopping an idea. Especially because that can clog a channel. I suppose like it's doing now.

Why dont they keep the rememberance ultimate gift speed it had before, but this time, instead of adding a spell of the exact same thing, they could add a spell of a "projector" with a single tiny cosmic manta, and no stars or lighting change, that way the ultimate keeps being valuable, and f2p players have a way to recharge at the same speed

The only possible explanation I can come up with is that with the projector, there are multiple (hesitantly large based on newer variations) mantas that can charge many players at once if deployed. You have to crowd around the bonfire ult to get to the flame and stand at a certain angle to get it to charge you the fastest possible speed.

I read this and I was also hesitant to reply since as you rightly said, the discussion regarding this topic really isn’t going anywhere, nevertheless, I had the same question the other day too and one of the things that popped into my mind as to why TGC deemed the original recharge speed too OP, could be little to do with f2p players and more to do with ‘exclusivity’. From the looks of it, TGC does NOT want to deal with a whole owl hair incident 2.0 💀. Maybe 4 years later (given if TGC doesn’t make any ‘useful’ paid prop) people would automatically refer to our current generation and would demand TGC does the same for them too. LETS assume TGC restores the original speed (which is 1.2 seconds recharge speed per wedge) Another tangential topic that comes with this is, should TGC bring back old Ulti? Or keep it the way it is? I honestly have no answer to this, as its still a very controversial topic even to this day 💀. But I was thinking, Lore wise, Sky does not lack light creature. Nothing is stopping them from creating more Item inspired by Light creatures that also provides Insta recharge for future moths, if we completely forget about the concept of f2p and premium player and purely speak on the basis of exclusivity. I'd say this is a more probable scenario, based on one of Sagomay’s remark couple days ago

Using the Remembrance Ultimate Gift, 39.6s is the current amount of time it takes to recover 11 wedges which is the highest amount available to most players. 43.2s for the few who have 12 wedges. Less than a minute sure but it still feels slow when you're just standing there waiting.

It's an ultimate gift, the highest reward of the season. It costs money to obtain and lots of grinding seasonal candles every day. It doesn't seem wrong to expect more from one of the two ultimate gifts than a cake spell, no?

You're not alone. Start the quest, then walk up to each of the four spirits and "talk" to them. Each will lead you to another spot - follow the instructions. Try tapping each prop rather than dragging and placing - fewer headaches.
