Goodluck, that took me almost all of afternoon of collecting with someone having a Brighteye Amulet IV.

I'd say go for the Brighteye Amulet and chop down ancient trees to force out the infected ones. That way you dont have to worry much about spending essence to craft ammo.

Sorry if someone's mentioned this already, a work around I came across when I had this happen to me is having a secondary input method available.

If I was using my controller at my PC I would switch back to my mouse & keyboard or vice versa.

When I was on my switch & this happened I swapped from using my pro controller to the controller that's attached to the main console.

I haven't played enough on the PS5 to say if a similar strategy could work.

& unfortunately I don't have an Xbox available to use for testing 🩵

Any decorative flowers you can throw away or sell if you dont want them. Eventually you can buy them from auni but you can also request them so there's no point in keeping them if you dont want them.

You also dont need that many acorn seeds or tree seeds in general. You can keep like 3 for any NPC that requests them as a gift if you dont want to buy them or plant them.

The orchard and lotus from elderwood keep. You'll need them for recipes and quests.

Just keep the briar daisy, daring cloves, and of course the heat root same for the honey.

Oh and for the pearls I like to keep 10 on hand for npcs, and some recipes but you can generally sell any extras.
If you eventually get the ||black pearl|| keep that one and keep 2-3 green pearls as well.

How is everyone feeling about the new Piksii Bounce so far?? Tbh I'm not really liking it. I like getting the cool plants, but having to wait around in the deep woods for it to pop up is annoying because I hardly ever see it happen. And it goes by so quick, you barely get any time to grab anything. Not to mention that once you grow the plants on your plot, they don't drop any seeds like all other plants do.

I honestly rather they had given us the seeds by selling them on the store or some other way. It also just doesn't help that the event happens during the same time as the other events in the game, so it overlaps (edited for clarification, forgot to add some stuff).

So cake parties are where people gather together and bake celebration cakes in bulk, which sell for a lot of money. You typically sign up to make only one component so lots of people are involved and get many cakes with little contribution. You can find them ont he palia party app thing or sometimes people will advertise them in chat.
Everyone goes to one plot and then you leave with tons of cakes and get rich!

Nope, no level required! It somewhat depends on the group but often you can find them where anyone is welcome. Some want you to join a specific Discord to participate in their parties, but tons don't. Sometimes there's even roles that don't require ingredients to participate and get cakes. If you're super new to the game and don't have lots of money or anything a good starter ingredient role is sweet leaf so you'll want to grab as much of that anytime you see it in Bahari as humanly possible. My first cake party I was able to do ovens, so no ingredients needed. Once you do one they make a ton more sense.

I started doing cake parties at like level 30-something but now I'm like almost 200. It can level you up pretty quickly lol

The Even More Treasure quest is bugged when you get to the part where you need to meet Hassain and Tau either they're not there or they are but no dialouge is generating even after doing the standard fixes.

There's a few things I wish that Palia had, but would probably not be the easiest at this point to do.

Free placement/no collision would be one of the easiest (imo, like, it making sense to become a feature at this point), though.

Still would absolutely love being able to dye furniture pieces on their own-- like, choose which parts is what colour. And more neutral tones. Please.

Once Human has a thing where you can save a blueprint to give to others, or even yourself. Makes it useful for copying rooms, buildings, etc. So you could "flatten" your plot, then just put it back down again if you didnt like what you created previously. I also would love an Undo button.

Flowers, Forageables as a whole. Other materials you find out and about, too.

Always had this idea/concept of a quest line-- two of them-- for dyes. One from Jel, one from Tish, and along the line they intertwine and connect. See more of their friendship together, help Jel with his self-worth and confidence, etc. It'd be fun, methinks.

You don't need the founder's pack for that quest. It's just part of the Main Story Quest line(s).

The founder's pack only unlocks four of the courier pet slots, and the free pet quest unlocks the other. ((So if someone got the founder's pack, they could have 8 in total instead.))

they also let us know in their roadmap that they are planning to have animal husbandry (later this year or in the future) so your wishes will be granted ☺️ i guess it’s not gonna be a pet like cats and dogs, more like farm animals like chickens. but it’s a start! 🙂

well this is not exactly like a save and share blueprints. To share with other players you need to give them full access to copy the blueprint - sadly is not a straightforward feature. (as an OH player I do miss a sharing feature, rebuild and apply another bp is impracticable as you need to delete piece by piece to clean up your base)

I rarely chat in here but have been part of Palia since alpha. I'm curious how the masses feel about this now that the game has evolved and grown so much. I would love a biome where there are monster or animals that attack and there's a little bit of combat, but the questlines are optional, or maybe the animals don't become aggressive towards you until reach a certain point in the quest line. So people who don't enjoy combat can still enjoy the biome.

They attempted to fix it on the .192 patch but it didnt fully take. Tish can sometimes take Whitestone and Badruu can sometimes take the bean seed. But everything else EW related can cause a crash. Reth I don't think was ever fixed.

To be really truly optional there would have to be no resources, no xp, no lore, and no exclusive decor like with the tower (optional platforming challenge) which gives lucky coins, achievements, and renown. I think they would annoy people for a combat area.
