You're doing the wrong action in the video -- that's the untilling/unseeding action

its left click to till the soil

right click is that other animation and it is how you remove planted seeds from the tilled soil

I did a search of Lacie and it looks like she posts very often. 69 pages of posts so far. I'll take your word for it. I had messaged support also, and no where in any of their replies did they mention that they were intentionally removed and/or any reason as to WHY. Would have been nice. Anyway, I'll delete the outfits so I can use the spots, but still pretty crappy in my opinion to do that to your player base. Maybe I'm the only one that really liked that hairstyle and am having an issue.

did you put down spectral blossoms on your plot? they initially didn't count towards the flower limit until the most recent update where they stated they fixed it to count towards the flower limit.

It's been buggy for a long time support typically takes up to 4+ weeks to respond. Just make sure you respond to the ticket and let them know you are still having the issue

Need to be level 8 Gardening to unlock the preserve jar.
Don't think anything else is needed for Cabbage Kimchi, just throw it in.
For Canned Beans, you need to the recipe which you get from growing a certain number (I think 10?) starred Beans
Once you have the recipe, throw Beans in the preserve jar

This might be an issue with your internet Might be worth giving your modem a restart if you can!

They're limited time and there's some decent rewards but they do change every time so you can check the patch notes or the bundle board directly to see what you get - I do them because I've done pretty much everything else in game so it's something to do - but they're worth doing if you want the limited time rewards 🙂

hi everyone!! im currently stuck on the main quest "prove your generosity" when i go to fulfill a player request it says they're all expired. i tried having my wife put in a request and as soon as it popped up for me, even though it wasn't fulfilled yet, it said expired. how do i bypass/fix this? :(( been stuck over a week now and wanted to ask here before i do a support ticket. >.<

If a request is expired, it needs to be cancelled before a new one can be set up, is it automatically expiring when you reset it up? They say filled and need to be claimed when they're completed 🙂

I'm looking at a steam discussion thread about this from awhile ago -- it could be an issue with date and time settings. I'm seeing someone say they resolved it by right clicking on the time / date at the bottom of the screen and clicking "Adjust time and date" and changing it to "set time zone automatically"

Try to relog as well to refresh the requests - make sure you cancel any if they show as active. There's a limited number of requests a day too that you can have filled so if that limit is reached, that may also explain the expiring 🙂

The bundles don't normally end until the next big seasonal patch, probably still got the rest of Nov yet 🙂 Likely to be next month with the change of season from Halloween to Festive 😄 ETA: They do normally give a few days warning as well before the update to change the bundle drops

yea that would be the case, you cant put crafters on top of builders blocks, they need to be placed directly on the ground, though you can ask #🏡│decor if there are tricks to put them on your builders block without them glitching and them appearing on your front gate

Yes this is an ongoing/long time issue, the crafters cannot be on builders items inside a house -- they must be outside, anchored to the ground if you want to use the builders items. all crafters will do this

i'm assuming its another term for a 'mirror trade'.
When trading plushies/stickers/artifacts, you're required to give and receive at least 1 item each. Though when you're trying to receive an item without giving the person anything in return, you'll place an abundant item (e.g prismfish), the other person matches that item (so you get it back) and adds the item they're giving you as well. Essentially 'mirroring' or 'ghosting' your trade so you don't lose anything, you only gain the extra item they're giving you.

have you got any other active main story quests? if so you need to do those first. that door doesn't open until you've done all 4 temples

Have I reached max focus? Impossible, I have 650 max focus, 1,047 renown, and when I commune with the dragon statue in Maji’s Hollow, it doesn’t take my renown or increase my max focus. Is this a glitch or something I am doing wrong?

Open your inventory menu and look to the bottom left. Those are your skills and levels.

If you're on PC, hit the H key and that's you're overhead menu. Click the drop down on top, that's your plot list. Hit the gear icon by the plot to change landscapes.

Ooohh okay, you're probably going to have to contact support and have them force you forward. You may have an old version of this quest, and this version no longer exists.

You can see if the twinkly spot for the fireworks shows up for you on the hill with the gazebo, though. I think it's near a bench

Some people it does, some people it doesn't (when they have the old version of the quest)

You have to hold the button down, release the button when the moving circle is in the static circle

If you have confirmed you are holding down the button, and then releasing -- all you can do is take a video record and send it into player support (if possible, with a key overlay to show what you're pressing). There's nothing else the player-side can do for those issues sadly.

99% of the time, it's people incorrectly using the mechanism by pressing the button once instead of holding it. So no, this is not common or rare, it almost always comes to incorrect play. That's why I suggested you submit a bug report -- because if you are using the mechanism correctly, and it's not working, player support needs to know.

Is anyone else having issues with the Alchemist cottages? I had mine set up, then yesterday the floor was closed around my staircase. I ended up having to unstack the cottages and now they will not stack at all.

There is a known issue if you're trying to use stairs towards the center of a room, it will not work correctly.

Because we see people arguing that "it's not user error" so often that I had to reset my tutorials to take the screenshot that Frogga sent you showing how to do it correctly. Most people with the issue are clicking and then trying to click again instead of clicking and holding as indicated.

I have answered this specific question hundreds of times, and every single time except once or twice, it is because the individual is incorrectly using the controls. I am doing the quest to grow an acorn to maturity - i am no longer able to water my tree but it hasn't completed the quest condition - does the tree take longer to grow even though it's done with watering? - it has now triggered! even though it was done with watering it wanted an extra day to grow

trees take several in-game days to grow, but can only be watered once per in-game day, resetting at 6 in-game morning

1. today by accident I clicked the shepp line with Kenli as I forgot I already talked to him today. is there a way to say to Eshe to redo the quest? as I want another npc to be my shepp.
2. I got Hekla to lvl 4 friendship and got the cut scene of "Green eyed galdur" and found so moving and lovely that I want to be able to see it again, so my question is there a way to review the cut scenes with like a memory book? or something like that?

You can always donate higher quality, but you can't donate lower quality than called for

At a certain farming level you only get star quality crops, so a whole lot of people wouldn't be able to donate to the bundle if it only took normal

The alchemist cottages are just base rooms + add ons. You should have the add ons in your storage if you picked it up and it turned into a base room.

there should be parts of the roof (roof trims?) and the ivy etc in your building inventory that you can place back onto the base room

It should all be there. Someone in #🏡│decor might be able to tell you how to put it all back together correctly. You should have two of alchemist roof trim 1, a chimney, two alchemist roof connectors, 4 alchemist twisted columns, 2 alchemist windows 1, 2, and 4, and one alchmist window 3, and then one each of alchemist ivy 1, 2, and 3.

If you have the ivy and the columns, there's no reason you wouldn't have the other parts. They may be in your storage chest or you may be able to see them from your overhead housing menu (H on PC).

Reloading the game should usually fix this. If you have confirmed you are missing the add-ons, then you'll need to submit a player support ticket.

The event page has a photo of the cottages with their add-ons, in case you need to review what it looked like

Other than that, making sure to unlock all sections of your plot is another good idea

I have a question regarding the Gale temple, I'll put it in spoiler tags, also contains mentions/possible spoilers of other temples:

Or do the quest npcs always hang around in the temples? I didn't see Hassain or Sifuu in the Fire Temple? Maybe Einar and Hekla will be in the Earth temple?||

If you can access them in their normally scheduled places, I wouldn't worry about why they are there tbh. It's an issue a lot of people report, but if it doesn't impact you accessing their schedules elsewhere, it's just one of those quirky Palia things. You can send in a report if you'd like.

If you're looking at it from your home plot it's just an outer part. Doesn't serve any purpose nor have the devs commented on it for a long time.

It sounds like you may be clicking too early or too late -- clicking early resulting in a reel-in without the fish/disappeared node, or, clicking too late -- the fish is swimming away, and you've reeled in without a bite.

The fish will jump and there will be a sound cue when it's time to reel, and that's when you should click to reel.

Okay thanks! It could be that fishing up the key for mysterious cargo may be causing a funky thing for fishing in general. I think the key can be fished up in the river behind the inn -- could be worth seeing if getting that key stops the fishing issue?

Otherwise, I think taking a screen record and sending in a player support ticket could be useful, in case there is a bug going on with your account.

If the quests are open in your log, you can email player support to see if they can remove them for you though

Sounds like you're making steady progress Money can be a bit tricky in the early game - I make most of my money passively now with fetilizers, worms, seeds, and jams / pickled veggies ✨ Hunting and bug catching can be lucrative, if you're going after rarer stuff or just a lot of it! Cooking is also an excellent way to make some quick gold, lots of people host cooking parties just to make money!

Have you tried to re-read every journal, very slowly and all pages? Sometimes this can help trigger the quest forward in case the game didn't register you reading the books

If that doesn't work, then you'll likely need to reach out to support. Sometimes if you experience a glitch or a crash during a quest, that quest will become bugged.

Often times, since the NPC pathing update, different quests have them in different locations. So you may have to complete other quests that involve them for them to show up for the prismbeard quest

Has anyone gotten the fantasy cottage floor or pearlescent petals floor yet? I know you have to get them from the bundle board but I don’t have the veggie chilli recipe yet. I also see that the rewards are relationship points and a lucky coin. The shelf safe food is the only one I don’t have completed. I don't know if this is better suited to decor, but figured I'd ask here first. I'm having trouble placing wallpapers and items on some walls (but most are fine). The error specifically says, "This is not a valid placement location".

If the Bahari map achievement has not come up for you, you can always submit a player support ticket. They may ask you for "proof" of your tasks, so you could go to every spot, take a screenshot, and show that the chest has been located/looted. They may be able to help advance you forward on the accomplishment

do you have the silverwing nest, kitsuu shrine, etc nearby? they tend to prevent placing farming plots in a large radius around them. if so move them away, place the farming plot, then you can put them back

I can't get the ancient fish. I looked it up and it says I have to have finished the vault of the waves bundles (which I have) and after that I'm supposed to be able to talk to einar and hekla to get the something's in the water quest. It's supposed to be more common since Elderwood expansion back in May, but it is still Epic rarity. As long as you're fishing in Kilima Lake, Temple of the Waves, or at the fairgrounds with glow worms, it's just bad RNG.

• added quest item pouch

If you have less than 14,000 max storage then you're either missing upgrades or don't have 8 fully upgraded chests placed on a plot

First free plot is your default. A second one unlocks after you build your first harvest house (unless that's changed with the new tutorial). The first one you can buy is 50k. And because it comes up a lot, you have to buy the 50,000, 75,000, and 100,000 plots before the gazebo unlocks at the city hall register.

If your drop down menu looks like this and your first plot to buy is 50k, then you have your free slots.

you will need to cut juniper (orange leaves) or birch trees (white speckled trunk) and then put those logs through a woodcutter. you can find these in kilima or bahari bay. for stone, you will need to mine stone ore or other ores to get stone drops and put it through a smelter to turn it into brick

Good moring. I am not sure if this is the correct location to put this. I am having trouble with a couple of my quests. Through the woods and Care for a carrot. I have completed them both and I need to return to Nai'o, only issue I have is I am not finding him any place on the map. I have a friend that says hes by the central stables in the Elderwood but for me he is not there. I have not been able to find him on any map no matter the time of day. Anyone have any advice ??

If you have Adventure on the Horizon, Prismbeard's Treasure, or True Treasure quest lines active, Auni and N'aio will be locked to whatever your next quest objective is for those quests until all 3 are finished.

You're likely just on a server that didn't have a spawn. You change servers to see if it has spawned elsewhere. It's a permanent event.

If your steam achievement says you've completed the pebbled plunder achievement, but your in-game accomplishment doesn't show it as registered, you can submit a player support ticket with screenshots of each of the achievements and ask them for further advice.

If you haven't gotten it at all ever, you'll need to get the pebble in order to get the accomplishments.

Also are you checking the quest inventory and not the main inventory? I think this is one of the ones that goes there and a lot of people don't think to check there

This may still be a bug -- when bloom first came out, there were times if you weren't in Kilima early enough, the event may not spawn in. I would try again on another Palian day, and get to Kilima by 10am. Hopefully, the event will spawn for you -- but if it continues to not spawn, a bug report would probably be a good thing to send.

it's a quest item like the other pebbles, so it won't be in your inventory but the quest items instead. And yeah once again, read the achievement info again - it's for gifting the stones, not for acquiring all of them. You still need to gift it to Einar to finish the achievement

I am having trouble with putting things onto walls in the game. I try placing paintings on walls in ample spaces and its seeping into the wall and not registering it. It is also turning awkwardly in a 360 degree motion. they just wont go on the walls. i also cant place any plushes or furniture on carpet and if im lucky and i can get a plush to sit on it it is on a slight chance in a weird position

generally the paintings don't really show up on all wallpapers, and there might also be stuff on the walls that make items like paintings and wall decor wonky. Rotating with your middle mouse button (on pc) before you actually try placing an item can also bug it, I recommend just canceling the placement, re-trying, and not rotating anything until you find a spot where you can place the painting. For the carpets, should be the same issue as with wall decor and wallpapers, but dunno how to fix that as I've never had that issue for myself

also some walls like the courtyard walls are just bugged in general, where placing items on it never really works
