Not sure that's 100% true (from a technical standpoint.) They could always have just FUBAR'd the backend database(s) housing Xbox-connected accounts lol oorr creating a new account could override the current saved data related to a given Xbox account. bigbrain.gif

Has there been any additional updates on the Xbox fix anywhere? I saw that they were working on the issue several hours ago and was just curious if they made it sound like they have found out what was causing the problem or are they still flying blind on what might be wrong? I understand things don't always work the way they are supposed to but some people have had streaming and community events planned around this release since it's announcement and it's extremely frustrating that something like this isn't working at all on your release date instead of just things not working right

On a good note .. for those awaiting romance with Sifuu and Eshelon in the future ...

As the seasons change, love can bloom and fill the air. Sifuu's no longer tied up in plot strings (!!!), so look forward to romancing her in the later half of this year, as well as another exciting option (rawr). We also know people are dying to ask where Eshelon's romance is- don't worry! We fully intend to release a friendship and romance for him as soon as he gets freed from those pesky plot strings, too!

You can also trade plushies found in-game through regular gameplay with other players at certain areas in Kilima (the first map). And you have a housing plot, so you can learn decor recipes, earn items, and design your own plot. I reccommend doing plot tours for ideas 😁 (Skills include cooking, mining, foraging, fishing, bug catching, carpentry, hunting, ranching) There's LOADS to do 😆 Happy playing!

We have a very high load right now which might be what you're experiencing. While we are taking actions on our end to alleviate some of what players are experiencing, there could be a local issue going on as well.

My suggestion would be to monitor this on your end over the next day or two. Hopefully you'll see it get better but if not you can open up a support ticket and CS should be able to help troubleshoot if there's a local issue or not.

For example, I planted seeds that I got as a gift but then talk to the person that gave them to me and apparently they were for request and now I don’t know how to get tree seeds.

so now that the game breaking bug that was a problem is fixed the devs can now look into the texture issuee in highland and other stuff like that. Reminder to always be patient with devs folks. You do not see it but they are ALWAYS working, always. Also give them love, they thrive with it ❤️

For those still having issues with logging in / account issues / getting prompted to create a new character on Xbox: Restart the game, make sure you are fully updated, and it should prompt you to log into your existing account.

If you still are having issues past then, we reccomend writing into support.

So this is really fun : this game completely bricks my pc. I have followed every guide and also have tried force running in dx11. I know its super busy in here, but i have a question about Lunar Paths. Im returning after being away for a while. Are the items (build specific) within them only obtainable throught them.. or can they be grinded outside of themm through regualr gameplay? question: my friend wants to play Palia and get back into it. if she originally set up her account through her Switch profile, can she link it to an unused Palia account so she can play on PC? she doesn't have a Palia account currently so she would need to make one and then link it. I saw there was maybe a way to do that via the Switch version of Palia, and link an unused email, but i wanted to make sure before she does that so she doesn't accidentally wipe her account.

Yall the thing with games like palia is that ALL platforms share the same servers. If there's a major update and its a cross play game youre far better off waiting for a day or two to play unless you WANT to deal with the lag or other issues. Not being able to load in or leave the area you're in IS normal when the servers are catching up to 1000+ people logging in en masse. The servers need some time to catch up.

there's a lot of people stuck in areas as traveling between maps isn't working. hopefully they will resolve it soon~ mods are aware of the issue
