They are actively trying to make avatars more customizable without charging for it. Like others have said, the only way S6 makes money is through premium items. You don't have to pay for expansions, or dlcs. You can be upset that there aren't better in game cosmetics, but in terms of FTP, S6 is easily one of the best in terms of free content.

Its a small FREE game people you can't be mad that the paid cosmetics are 'cooler' it's their only source of income and while I don't mind spending money i know others do but you then can't complain. You don't even need to get far into the elder wood story to get the free pet bud, S6 cranks out new customization options for F2P every other update and they also added items you can earn via the twitch drops along with the new tailor tickets dailies, cry about being broke to someone who cares, can't afford a pretty dress, that's a you issue, throwing a fit cause S6 dev's need to eat so they make pretty clothes for us to buy, such a non issue, it's a free game, it provides plenty of free content your just mad you have to earn it cause your lazy and wanna throw a hiss fit for no reason.
I've also been playing since beta and I can say for sure as someone who has played COUNTLESS other F2P games that those S6 DOES have it's issues, Palia and how they upset and add content is not one of them.

I made 12 cottages, 4 of each type. After I crafted them all I went to pick them up (to see how the stacking feature worked). They all got converted to Base Rooms. Cottages A and B were gone and I now have 12 Base Rooms. Same happened for 2 other friends and 2 other people said the same thing happened to them in #🏡│decor .

Just wanted to bring attention to it, since they're pretty expensive buildings.

This is actually intended! Cottages are made up of a Base Room plus some attached add-ons. When you pick one up into your inventory or storage, it separates back into those individual pieces.

You can build base pieces separate to the cottage house.
If they have stairs then you get an attic level too!
Base pieces attach to each other and the inside is seamless- a continuous room!

Should be able to use starred for the non-starred items. If you have both, you might have to exit and reenter the bundle to submit them, though, as they don't submit in one batch.

it's based on the gardening lvl, higher gardening lvl greater star quality chance

star recipes checkbox at the bottom left of a recipe to use star quality to be able to cook
if something asks for normal quality u can also use star quality
