There is a known issue with Google Play sometimes showing devices as not compatible when they really are. Give the following steps a shot:
-Force close all applications
-Pull down the notification bar on your Android device and hit the gear-shaped settings icon, or find “Settings” in the application tray.
-Navigate to Apps, or App Manager.
-Scroll down and find Google Play Store.
-Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.
-Repeat steps for Google Play Games and Google Play Services
-Power your device completely down (do not hit the Restart button)
-Launch Google Play Store and try reinstalling/updating Sky
-If it still shows up incompatible, close the App Store again and wait a little while before checking back.We're still waiting to hear back from Google as to why this is happening for some devices, we have made no changes to compatible devices.

Please make sure you have enough storage on your device. The game itself is under 1gb but can take up to 3gb to download and install all files. Try clearing cache+data, powering your device completely down, restarting and reinstalling the game from Google Play Store or Google Play Games. Be sure to link your account before uninstalling to save your progress.

Sometimes play store shows the same update twice... It showed up on mine the update for Sky was available.. But I looked at the date when the update was released and realised that it was the same update I had done previously and so didn't update. And the update disappeared after some days.🤔

Yeah it was some weird google play bug. We submitted a new patch for review, but it's not ready for release yet. It did us quite a frighten when that update button appeared

The biggest reason Sky is so graphics heavy is the raymarching and immense amount of post processing that goes into rendering the environment, specifically the clouds.
Games like Dead Effect 2 can achieve 60fps because the graphics are fairly simplistic by comparison.

Man, everything in the game is dynamic air, grass, cloud, water...... comparison with other games like that one is not fair.

Clouds are probably filled with a lot of polygons. I'm not a game developer, or an expert. There's a lot of collision mechanics, textures, and stuff. All the stuff put together takes a lot of work and such.
iOs has been Live for a while now and it's pretty stabilized at this point. Android phones handle things differently (like music recognition/external audio) and Android also has a lot of versions and a lot more of different specs inside of the devices.
The devs are working hard to optimize the game on Android 
eventually more people will be able to play on 60fps mode

You can transfer your progress from one device to the next by linking your account to Google. However, you cannot be logged into the same account on two devices at the same time, it will kick you out on one of the devices.

Not all brands will work. For example, Steelseries Nimbus will not work due to incorrect button mappings (Steelseries Stratus XL, which is marketed as an Android controller, should work however).
Compatibility also depends on your Android OS version and brand of your device. You should do research into which controllers will work correctly for your OS and device, but looking for Android compatible controllers is a good start.
PS4 and Xbox One controller support is generally pretty good on Android 9+. There is native controller support in Android 10.

What is weirder too is when I log in, I get in Home, after a couple of seconds, people around me poof, then I become alone(and I cannot see any chats) then they come back and yeap, still can't see chat. This is worse while runs, I seem to end up always alone 🤔

Is it a bug that sometimes I get disconnected from the game? Sometimes even few times in short amount of time. The game crashes and it seems as if I closed the app so after reopening it I appear again in the home shrine and I have to get back to where I was. Thank god! I finished Eden though I'm an Oppo F9 user (Hardest Hit Crashes Device). With the help of my friends we just used the Teleport-Teleport to finish it. Though i always crash at the Rocky Stage and Entrance at the Eden. The stage where you give your light to the children seems stable.

Hmmm I think I remember that what happened was that Google had a support cutoff for Huawei devices. Basically they had a date where the previously supported Huawei devices would still have all the services, but support for updates to those services was gone after the date some time in early 2019. People with older Huawei devices may still have access to those Google services like the Play Store (though the play store service itself won’t be updating anymore). Any devices released after the cutoff won’t have access to Google services at all. I’m trying to remember how it all played out, and I hope this is correct. If you’re using a relatively new Huawei device I don’t believe there will be any way to get Google support for the foreseeable future, at least none that I know of.

@jolly hill you can return through the statue shrine in home to do that faster, but I'll recomend you to change the way of the transition, if you walk through before the crash you could go flying to the transition, incredibly that works for me most of the time when walking don't work more than 2 times

Oppo F9 user,, I've been to Eden and the only thing i can prevent the crash is looking at a Top View looking at the scene just make the game laggy for me. I also did this for Hidden Forest, Wasteland and Valley. But my problem is I can't see where i'm going, mostly i only use the sound as stop/go alert. 😂

I know now how to Manage all my crash issue. I do it all the time in Hidden Forest, Valley, Wasteland, Vault, and Eden. I always do top view on where the game crashes and it works though it's hard especially on Eden but that's the only way it works.
Example is when i was on Eden Solo.
Though you can't prevent it all the time as some stages CutScene automatically occur. But if i get lucky I won't crash. If you're having a crash issue try this method.
I forgot to mention, i sometimes rely on the game sounds to alert me wether to move or not.
Yeah i swipe a lot, that even at home, though it's stable, it kinda stuck in my head. 😂😂

We typically wait a couple days before doing so, so places that get the update much more slowly than other regions aren't locked out of playing until they receive the update. However, TGC is on a 3-day weekend as of right now, so the force update won't occur until we're back on normal working hours on the 18th.

I have a galaxy S8 and, although it checks the requirements to run the game, it never feels quite smooth, there are some specific moments where the fps drops drastically and I don't know the real reason. @analog escarp Unfortunately, that's an issue on Google's end and there's not really anything we can do about it other than to let them know it's happening.
As for the lag in specific places, maybe it's related to the rendering issues that are causing crashes in certain areas? I'm not 100% sure on that one, though

@jaunty kiln the best my phone can handle is 30 fps. i used to play on standard but i decided to switch to battery saver because i wouldn't be able to tell the difference anyway. the lag's still there, i think?? not sure. it wasn't excessive, but my phone did get a bit hot at standard. not so much at battery saver.

Now we have to wait for our foreign friends who does not have the same day and night as us to hopefully online and go burn the giant dark flowers together..though strangers can help too but we just can hope that they will come help.. The waiting could be hours. Especially for tge 4 and 8 player doors.

Its weird... I never got followed or beeped by other players intentionally except when they are actualy at a 2, 4 or 8 player doors. Strangers usually honked if they found something like the green light when it dropped, travelling spirits or new WL etc.. Now that benefits is gone forever.
