It's going to be more so an issue with your android model, what model is it? Android 8 is still supported and so far we have no info on when they'll stop support. The message unfortunately means your device is no longer compatible. In simpler terms Sky got too heavy after the update for your device to handle, sorry

O you're from before I forgot ahskdnd, yes you need 6gb at the very least. You can uninstall some apps until you get 6gb, install sky and instal the other apps back. You could also free up space if you haven't yet, gallery usually takes up a lot of storage

Tell her to do one of the two below, she's going to either need a chibi mask/spell and know how to chibi fall, or shared memory spell for the 2nd method. Once she re-enters the Eden door at home, she'll need to go through it again and re-enter pnr, that will get her out of the glitch. The 2nd link explains it. The glitch is common-ish (more so uncommon but happens time to time) right now so she's not the only one, hope it'll help

If she doesn't have a chibi mask/spell and no shared memory spell, she'll need to contact support who will get back to her in ~7 days. Make sure she explains it as clearly as possible and shortened as possible so they can understand and fix it right there and then, otherwise she'll end up going back and forth with them for weeks before they fix it

It depends on how backlogged they are. If unlucky they can take a whole 7 days to reply, longer when they're on a break (they aren't currently) And depending on how the interaction goes it can take them weeks to fix it

That may depend on either or all of these factors:
-You do not have enough storage space to download it (I believe it's 6GB of space free you need minimum).
-The version of android you're using. Some games aren't supported on certain older versions of android - though if you're on Android 11-13 you should be fine, I think, but I dunno about older version though. (EDIT, looked at pins, and apparently anything at Android 8 or above is supported - but that may be outdated due to that being posted in 2020)
-Other stuff with your phone, though this I know least about

I've redmi k50i and this is only game which is heating up the device like anything which is leading to faster battery drain and at times it will just crash/quit itself. Anyone else having this heatup issue. My graphics settings are 60fps high performance.

It is heating up because Sky is GPU (not CPU) heavy, the phone's GPU is strong yet not the strongest and you're using it at 60fps. Use it in normal mode.
For crashing that's another story, you can #report-a-live-bug for your device by clicking the fire emoji on channel bottom and explaining the crash circumstances

Probably its hardware is not that much optimized by redmi. Maybe check the apps 11 vs 10, it could be a third party app or setting conflicting. Check and turn off game booster, if any.

Possibly. If you're making alts we always recommend keeping the 2 accounts completely separate, meaning not friended eachother and on 2 different devices. You don't need to friend them anyway as you won't be able to do anything that doesn't break ToS. Having more than one account on the same device causes all kinds of irreversible bugs as well

This cape thing is a often a huge misunderstanding amongst players. Regardless Sky was originally written to iOS, beta cape was given upon release for testers only, not for a platform. It was given as a "thank you" for their extra work to those pre- release players who tested, tried to play with its trials and errors Sky in its extra buggy and very early stage.

I recommend only have one account per device. Having more than one can cause issues and cause things to act weird. If you're sharing a device with her and you both play sky and you have no choice, then that's completely fine- But if you do have the option to not share, I'd recommend not sharing. Are you able to temporarily remove all emails from the device and leave the one you need, then try signing in again?

I can repeat definickly. No games in gaming industry are simplified down to make them available for outdated devices. Moreover Samsung A Series has 32bit system which is completely incompatible regardless age or hardware. Sky needs a 64bit environment

How to make my NFC scanner register my pin more easily? It is a gamble whether it scans right away or not, I have tried turning the scanner on and off and taking of the cover and stuff, but it does not seem to make much of a difference.

It is not like it is broken - it still works, but I need to be trying for a few minutes before it seems to register, and once it does, it can scan it many times in a row.

The issue with star pin is the material it use may be interfering makes it hard to scan properly. Some workaround I’ve seen mentioned in this server is by making copy of the pin to a blank nfc card.

This is outrageous and frustrating. I can't even access the game. It's been happening for literally 2 days. I updated my software, I cleared game's cache, I restarted my phone several times daily, I even uninstalled the game a few times and I still can't get past this. It says error connecting and to check if I have any connection issues BUT I DON'T. Please fix your game faster, I put money and A LOT OF TIME into it and this is plainly disrespectful as issues on IOS are taken into consideration faster. I recommend to measure the internet connection when the issue happens on speedtest.net ⏱️ because wifi is only one part of the connection chain from the internet provider
For online gaming like Sky the rule of thumb is 30/30 without high jitters: download speed above 30 megabytes/sec and ping speed below (faster) than 30 milliseconds are recommended (measured without proxy or V.P.N)
If everything is fine it can be ping package dropouts or something else

The game itself only eats like 1,8-2GB storage, but many players have problems installing sky when they have less than 6GB free storage space

If you encounter similar issue, try checking the your free internal storage space, make sure to have at least 6GB free

MIUI 12.5 and onwards apparently breaks controller support according to a few google searches. Unless you somehow installed a new OS or xiaomi fixes it I doubt you can get one to work.

I really won't recommend rooting for this purpose if that was on your list of things to try

There are some ways to pickup the controller signals and remap them into touches but I can't seem to find one for this purpose

Anyways tl;dr it's wat tib said + maybe you can find an obscure hacky workaround that you really shouldn't use

Hello friends! I am an Android user, I wanted to link my PS4 to the game, my original account is linked to facebook and in the option Linking with Google left me with an account from when I was a moth and didn't understand the game, it's not an account that I really use since, as I said, my "original" account is the one I have with facebook.I tried to link the account to PS4 but when accepting I get a notification of "X unlinked successfully" and it won't let me accept it. I read that the account I want on PS4 must be linked Correctly with Google, but as I said before, the Google account is a moth account that I don't use, I put "switch account" to link with my Gmail account and I don't see the option to put another google account

If it shows ‘succesfully unlinked’ when you are trying to link google too, you may want to check if login with Local Account at the startup loads up your main account or not:
• If it loads main account then you should be able to link PS account in there without issue, as the issue seems to be for facebook signin somehow.
• If it does not load up your main account, then unfortunately i dont know what else to suggest except to contact ingame support and wait for them to reply and help (may take few days).

TGC doesn't have its own account service. If you're talking about logging into your Sky account and you're having issues, here are some things we should know to help you:

-Did you link your Sky account to an external account service (Nintendo, Google, etc.)?
-Do you have your Sky ID/any purchase receipts saved anywhere?

It looks like the freezing upon start up bug might be back, seeing a few reports. It was a thing that affected several devices a couple months back including myself. Not everyone was affected by it but a good amount of people were. It happened last year at some point too iirc. You should be able to run into any of the realms before it zooms in for CR. Don't forget to #report-a-live-bug

It didn't get fixed by TGC, it got fixed by itself after 6-7 days, people just randomly stopped getting it. It was never acknowledged by TGC afaik. When it happened last year though it was for a lot longer, memory is funky about the time it happened last year, and I wasn't affected by it. And no worries about the ping

Hmm despite the error, do you like using the play games recorder? Because it only record microphone (your voice will be recorded) there’s no separate setting for ingame sound only. And the video quality is rather low. Overall it is better to use another recording app compared to google play games recorder.

I don't think posting apps here which are not Google verified is the wisest thing. It might have not done something to your phone so far but we don't know what would happen later. It's a big security issue.

Still AZ Screen Recorder works from most countries on Google Play and in some countries the recorder by Kimcy is still available. There might be other alternatives too, but these are the most commonly recommended ones.

I think the issue here is the Chinese ROM. Google play services are disabled in china so roms made by them simply can't fully support everything that Google offers. (Moreover their different user space methods could still be considered as partial app cloning because otherwise imo the device could not handle the installation verified with exchanging data only for the same app - but the main reason could be the first and I put this second into () therefore) - no wonder worldwide android OS usually don't have this multiple user space feature by default

The headphones appear on your character when you play music or audio in another app while playing Sky (as long as you're not wearing another hair accessory). You can use them any time by putting on some tunes! 🎧 (iOS only, due to limitations in Android hardware)

Only iOS can handle well percieving external audio, android is very clumsy in this yet so we hope a future android version will make it possible for droids as well
