I have two friends in my constellations that have dim stars constantly, no matter how often I send light or close/refresh the game. One I think is a moff but one has many nice cosmetics and has changed outfits once or twice, so I’m not sure if I’m blocked by them or what exactly. And i think you need to get the quest from the table first to recruit the manatee. Otherwise all there is in the area to do is get the wax that spawns there and its where you can buy the rabbit hair
