Basically, when you land on social area, you go in clouds, you'll find butterfly field, on right, you'll find a red wall with a pattern on it.
If you revived 4 spirits of prairie, you can enter there. You'll reach birds nest, just go straight from birds nest and you'll enter sanctuary!
(Also, it's alright that you can't find the place, It took me a lot of time to learn where the places were, don't hesitate to ask for help <33)

Lots of people have been having this issue. I’ve seen these two things help some people:

1. restarting your game (you may have to redo the quests)
2. Having you and the other player spam the emotes needed

Those are chevrons! You start with 3 and lose one every 5 candles you collect! The more chevrons you have, the less wax it takes to forge a candle! So basically, the earlier candles are much quicker to forge than the later ones!

Yes! You can get a max of 22 candles per day, but those last few candles take a LOT of wax so most people stop at around 15-20

Double Seasonal Candle events happen regardless of server errors that season or not

You can scroll back in the News channel and see that almost every season (skipping a few) has had double light events simply because. As of late, they are more frequent.

One of the recent ones was put in place as compensation as it was 20 days long instead of the usual 7, just because this one was compensation doesn't mean they all are

The one way I can think of is buying the cauldron with mischief event tickets. Using the cauldron gives you a green trail for 15 minutes. Otherwise, the only source for trail spells are random spell nodes (I’ve gotten trail spells pretty frequently from the Moomin seasonal spirits!)
