Iirc the SkyFest fireworks are a part of the event, as long as you can participate in the event and join to the Festival tech you will be able to see them (Aviary quest 3 and valley of triumph at least unlocked/started iirc)

I think it would be nice to implement that you can cancel the tracking of a spirit that is reproducing its memories. Like for example with spells.

Sometimes accidentally when I'm doing the candle run, a spirit is accidentally activated because another player is reliving it, and the camera follows it, which is sometimes tedious.

you'll need to own level two of the emote, which is acquired through the TS, to be able to buy it with friends
you can have it with other friends if they own the second level and is the one buying it in your friendship tree

It's a very complex question and really depends on context. The best way to get hearts is being social and ask your friends in-game for heart exchange (not on this discord server) and with free daily light gifts you can get 1-2 free hearts per day

I know I got there from shard events and I tried to do more shard events but then I am not able to see the Void nor get the other memories/quests.
