Hi, I want through the rebirth once and got a couple of wing buffs in the orbit, but when i unlocked a couple more after i got in the main game it did not give me any, i just unlocked the other stuff. Does that mean I have do the rebirth again to get any buff i unlock in the main game?

Hello everyone !

I am wondering if anyone ever had the same issue.
Yesterday, I wanted to play to Sky, I tried to open the app, but I couldn't, seems like it kept crashing.
After clearing my cache, nothing changed, so I uninstalled Sky and restarted my phone.

I was finally able to open Sky, but I couldn't log in, I got the message "Create new sky account?"
Although I am pretty sure that my account was linked with Nintendo too.
So, I tried to log in with Google (since it was first linked with it) but, I entered Sky as an old account I made by accident at first, long time ago that I had on my previous phone.
And that account is linked with Nintendo too, but not the same one as my "main" Sky account.
(Side note, a year ago, when I got my new phone, I installed Sky on it, and logged in as my "main".
I think one day or so later, I used my previous phone to play to Sky, forgetting that I was using my old device.
It asked me if I wanted to use that Google account I usually use to play, and I clicked on "confirm".
But when I entered, I was a moth, and I remembered that I was using my old device, I thought I will leave it at that)

So, they are both linked with the same Google account, but not the same Nintendo account. (If I didn't unlink by accident the Nintendo account on my "main"...)
Should I try to delete the account I had on my previous phone to log in as my "main" ?
Or will it deleted both ?
(And yes I contacted the Sky support, and provided my "main" Sky account ID, but I'm just wondering if someone ever had the same issue and was able to get their account back)

One thing to look at, is if you tried switching google accounts on android it might not have worked properly. There is a video here showing how to make sure it asks you which account you want to use each time so you can make sure you signed in with the correct one.

I believe it became more obvious with the blue light orb bug and the chest blue light you're seeing is a sign of it and its fix attempts, therefore it must have been during the recent patches. first off i’d say please make a report in #report-a-live-bug @sick kiln unfortunately the new season is extremely buggy but devs aren’t aware of some bugs so making it known is very useful to get things patched quicker.

make sure your game is up to date and if so and that’s causing it (i’m p sure you might be able to) but try going to a previous version of the game (pc isn’t my forte sadly)

if that’s not the case and you’ve cleared out your cache and uninstall/reinstall/verified game files and such it might be a case of waiting it out until another patch

First you need to unlink the current account. Do all this from the mobile version.

• login in the phone with steam account
• go to account settings and link a throwaway gmail or something
• then go to account settings and unlink steam
• then log out
• on the start page under log in methods pick steam and log in with the clean steam account
• start new account with the steam account.

So Long was able to enter the building where you free the Forgotten Ark guide. They freed that spirit before they freed the other one. Once they left the building, the cutscene to unlock the friend statue overlapped with the cutscene to free the first spirit. I believe that is what caused the bug.
