Hey there, it's already been noted in the known issues channel that there are issues with IAP gifting and/or personal purchases. So, yes, you're not alone in facing this problem. I've personally experienced it too. Regarding refunds, it depends on the platform where you made the purchase. You can either request a refund through them (tgc) or they would suggest you contact your device's support for assistance due to policies.

restore is there to check if you havent received your item, and it should give it back to you if theres issues

so once you've finished the fourth floor you can zoom upwards.
you can't just fly upwards as there will be colliders in the way preventing you. (rocketing bypasses this )

First go to village islands (the three islands before the prairie temple) Then go to the island to the right, two players summon butterflies and it opens a door that takes you to the puzzle.

As some of these (using non-supported upscaling, remapping controllers or using virtual ones or modifying graphic settings by using third party tools) could be considered as game ´modifications´ by different games, and it's kinda unclear as by said by the ToS article they can't assure what breaks those rules and what not

What are unix timestamps?

As a simple-ish description, they're a dynamic time and date display, that adapts to the device's local time when viewed independently of who typed/sent the timestamp.

Example:
00:00 PDT (UTC -7) (Reset time, TGC's timezone)
<t:1720249200:t> = <t:1720249200:t> (Reset time, viewer's local timezone)

How do they work?

Making use of a numerical value*, we can set up a specific timestamp that will adapt to each timezone. For the example used on this guide, the value would be 1720249200.

There are different combinations you can use to alter how the timestamp will display, the most common in this server being as they follow:

<t:---:t> - Short time (<t:1720249200:t>)
<t:---:F> - Long date and time (<t:1720249200:F>)
<t:---:R> - Relative (<t:1720249200:R>)

*: Due to this server's security measures, I will not be linking any particular websites, but there are plenty that allow users to gather the numerical value and/or provide the timestamp already set up. (Some keywords: "unix timestamp discord", "unix timestamp generator")

Things to note:

Seasons don’t cost candles, they use seasonal candles. Only exceptions are permanent cosmetics in the seasonal tree and temporary collab items

regarding saving candles it's always good to have them for any travelling spirits that come by every 2 weeks.
I'm unsure if SkyFest will have candle orientated currency for items (off the top of my head it's just tickets and hearts).
If you want to get the DoC cape you can it should be back next year if you're unsure about it. Their only real function is aesthetic and being used on all platforms of the rainbow puzzle (which is only around during DoC event).

all heights run and walk the same, but because chibis have a shorter stride it appears as if u are running fast, but your just naruto running/sprinting

Easiest place to chibi fall back into main area behind the 4 person door is on the slope in the water facing the vault elevator. Just make sure you fly back into the main vault area as soon as you slip thru. Good luck!

Hello! Um, I'm here because I bought something for a friend days ago (the payment purchase was processed on the third and I have it confirmed in both paypal and my bank that the payment went through) and it reads as "free" when I go to give it to my friend. However, when I do go to give it, and after she accepts the gift, instead of the normal animation playing my skykid will stand up and I'll be holding the white candle with no gift going through.

I've contacted support, but I've heard they can take days to respond and I'm scared that I simply won't be able to get the cape. So it's either rebuy it by giving my friend(partner) my info and having her get it this way and still lose 16 dollars... or lose 16 dollars cus the event ends and I'm unable to send the non refundable tunic...

Could you crash because of tempban message? I was getting frustrated with the grind so I caved and risked trying some mods I know it's against the rules and missing out on days of color and a TS I've learned my lesson I know I deserved it If so that's strange cause like I get it I shouldn't have but I just wanted to check the time left I have to wait. So don't get how that could cause a crash on two platforms

That should apply on all platforms, but as you said you are able to play on your phone well and bans are usually informed on the loading screen.

It's the loading screen I crash on. Like I get to the main menu and then I press lay for it to load in and that's when I crash. When the info screen would show up.
