Yes, but you only get the buffs in orbit. Meaning if you haven't gone through eden yet after purchasing it, it did not get added to your count. Adding on, those are aside from the 103 you're trying to collect. If you got hit like you stated, then you most likely lost the orbit winged light which does not appear on the map. Only way to recollect that light would be completing eden again

hmm that's so strange so it's 50/50 random and possibility of permanent WL loss UNTIL you go through Eden when you get hit? Like my friend got hit more than I did by the krill but they still have 104 so 103 + 1 WL from the red shard two days ago so that means I just got unlucky and it perma made me lose one? Sorry for the bombardment of questions I haven't played this game in ages so I just want to rule out the possibility of any bugs besides isle of dawn one ;w;

The chances of losing the orbit light are smaller the more wings you get, but certainly not impossible. And since the wings you lose with each hit are random, you simply ended being more unlucky than your friend. We've walked you through the wings that don't show in the map, and you've double checked isle already.

Hello, may I ask if you have friended each other? If so, you can find them on your constellation friend pages. However, if you just met and lit their candle without friending them, it might be difficult to find them again due to the large servers and frequent server switches.

That's great! Please try going home and looking through your constellation friend pages. You should be able to see your friends there, whether they're online or not. However, if you try to teleport to them while they're online, you might get a prompt saying "Your friend is in a place you haven't visited yet," depending on your progress in the game. But if there are no issues, you should be able to teleport!

You can't put shared spaces near to social light spots. I've heard some people have been able to put them high up and place the props upside down, I've heard some other say that they stack down the pieces til reaching the table, and some others chibi falling to do it (don't ask me details on the latter, bc idk ). That's kind of a workaround, but I don't think you'll find a tutorial or hints on how to put a ss directly on the table as it is not possible. I suggest that if you're ever in grandma and see another player in a shared space, join them and follow the ss creator so that you can see the shared space next time you're there.

While not stating it is your case, most of the times, the "error communicating" pop-up shows due to internet connection issues, it doesn't necessarily has to be a signal thing, it could also be a ping/speed issue. I suggest you try some standard troubleshooting, it wouldn't hurt to see if that fixes it:

• Check internet connection
• Close and re-open the game
• Clear the game cache (not confuse with game data)
• Uninstall and re-install (make sure to have your account linked and your Sky ID in your notes before doing this)

If none of those work, I'd recommend you report in #report-a-live-bug and/or contact support if you consider necessary.

As previously stated by Kat, I believe it might be an internet speed issue, as it is a bit low. However, I suggest you try some standard troubleshooting, that might help smoothing things out:

• Check internet connection
• Close and re-open the game
• Restart device
• Clear the game cache (not confuse with game data!)
• Uninstall and re-install (make sure to have your account linked and your Sky ID in your notes before doing this so that you don't lose progress!!)

If none of those work, I'd recommend you report in #report-a-live-bug and/or contact support if you consider necessary.

go to the blue diamond next to the challenge board, then open your space, save it, name it, and publish it. do that 15 times nevermind this was patched. head to the spell shop and buy shared space spells if you don't have 15 already (you can only get 1-2 per week IIRC) then place them around the realms

More information, the yellow light does not appear as "collected", it will stay flying around as a yellow orb, while the blue light will turn into dust again. So as stated before, you probably went for the wrong light

Yes, it's a bug and not part of an update. If it were an update, the developers would have issued a notice about the design change in Sky characters.

I've also seen the same bug when people use the lever in Aviary to get to their Nest. Teleporting often triggers the bug, but since it's a bug, it doesn't always appear, it isn't supposed to show up either. If you see these lights, it's likely due to teleportation or the bug being triggered in the area where a character/player was last placed when the bug occurred.
