Seasons offer 4 or 6 seasonal spirits usually which offer items for seasonal candles, and a new season guide with quests to complete. After season the Seasonal spirits are going away and their items will be available only when they randomly come as traveling spirits. To learn more, I recommend to use Sky wiki

IAP is in-app purchase (so items you can buy with real money instead of candles). Seasons are usually 77-ish days in length and most offer various quests as well as the seasonal spirits Tib mentioned. If you look up Season of Gratitude (the first season) on the wiki you'll see the option to view the next season (Season of Lightseekers) on the righthand side. The original seasons only had spirits, but starting with Season of Enchanment we had season guides that remained in the game after the season ended so new players could relive the quests (which usually unlock/enhance the season's location). You can relive the past seasons in whatever order you'd like, but I'd recommend starting with Season of Revival first because the later quests in that season guide you to some of the past seasonal guides.

I'm not sure what you mean by this.. are you talking about the different walking speeds? all sky kids walk at the same pace, but it looks faster or slower depending on your avatar's height. Chibi height characters will look like they're running and taller sky kids look like they're walking (to make sure everyone moves at the same pace despite different leg lengths)

So, the purple bloom & remembrance tea tables still work. They just now work like the pink bloom table in that people can only talk when two criteria are met:

a) all available seats are filled
b)every person at every seat has completely finished drinking their tea cup, and the tea cup is now empty.

Once that criteria is met people can chat as normal at the Purple Bloom teatable and Remembrance teatable.

I am curious if TGC has indicated this is a glitch or an intentional change to the tea tables? If this is an intentional change I am going to purchase the picnic table before bloom ends. But I'd really like to know ahahaa..

There's no "playing wrong" in sky, you're not obligated to do anything (except for quest requirements). You can go whenever you feel like it or as you find yourself needing more ascended candles. Do keep in mind there's a weekly reset

That’s a very broad question lol. How do we get the ‘thingies’ well cosmetics can be obtained through seasons, events and the base constellations (isle, prairie spirits etc). There’s a new currency used only for events now, called event tickets. Seasonal candles for seasons. You can find a list of all of these seasons/events and their cosmetics on the sky wiki, it’s a great place for information like that!

Group cr does not equal heart trade I can assure you because I've been in such group in my moth years and it was indeed for the purpose of cande running.
Again if you see someone definitely breaking rules (cr definitely isn't), you can #contact-the-mods but please note mods are people too they are not online 24/7.

• you can get some (limited) ascended candles from cleansing red shards (approximately 2-3 times a week)
• always keep at least 2 for traveling spirits because it's are limited but you can do constellation spirits anytime later

Hey! I’m fairly new too so my answer might be incomplete, but : try to keep some on the side for travelling spirit, and you can also use ascended candles to unlock emotes and stuff with your friends in friendship trees i think !
