This sounds more like an connection issue, make sure your connection is okay and fine. Also make sure you aren't in a managed/monitored connection (Like School/Workplaces WiFis) or in a insecure connection (Like public WiFis). You can try changing your connection from WiFi/Cellular or vice-versa, also make sure you don't have any app that could interfere with your connection (even if you don't make sure you have Apple's Private Relay or Samsung's Private Connection disabled from your settings) if you're sure your connection is entirely fine and you tried with another device you can report the bug/problem here: #report-a-live-bug

I'm on a Switch, if the connection wasnt fine at that moment, I would have seen a yellow or red wifi icon anyway, right?

On Steam I actually saw the connection problem icon much more than on the switch, but I never had the problem there, just on the switch.

My connection should be fine, I think it's very stable in general. I have a secondary wifi router in my room attached to a network cable that goes directly to the main router (hard wired through the walls). over that cable i can get stable 120 MB/s (basically sustaining gigabit speed) downloads from my pc attached to it

It might be a Switch bug specifically then, maybe.

I've myself have experienced problems with my switch connection more often than in any other device without having the WiFi symbol, you can always make sure your connection is fine or not by trying another one. But for how it seems it might be an authentication error, it can happen sometimes with WiFi/Connection extensors/secondary routers, try with your main connection in your router and if the error disappears then is an problem with your secondary router, if the issue persists even if you have tried with another connection then it's most likely a bug that should be reported

Hello, I'm new to Sky, I recently created an account, I'm playing and being very active, but I can't light my friends' candles in the constellations, currently my account is connected to Steam, could this be the reason for the bug?

well the router i use is not actually a router, it's just set up to be a bridge.

the main connection just randomly dies completely on the switch, just disconnects because it goes straight through two walls and a metal boiler, that seems to make a long term stable connection impossible. splatoon for example on the switch works fine on the secondary access point, but randomly has connection deaths on the "primary". this does not happen when i'm close to it, but i cant stay close to it for extended periods of time (not my room)

splatoon is a very whiny game when it comes to the connection, it dies for 1 second and the game just throws you out and gives you a penalty 😂

even my main computer had problems staying on that connection with a dedicated external antenna, it would just die every few minutes... that's why i hardwired the network cable through the walls.

one hint i have maybe is that the problem may be related to restarting the game for the day change or not doing so... im thinking about it and the problem only happens when i watched the clock on the top left go bling for the day change

Then the most likely scenario is the connection being not detected as secure by the game, this happens with bridges, the best way to resolve it is making the use of a secondary router provided by your Internet Services Provider, but just to make sure try with your standalone connection without the use of the bridge once you're near to it, if the issue is still present I would suggest to report it as a bug, also if this issue has only happened after you starting using the connection bridge then it is certainly it

Sometimes (Specially with Sky and Nintendo) the connection might be detected as not secure by some reasons, the main being that it can't connect to the server properly (because for some reason Sky uses separate server connections for each thing and some are more picky with encryption/delays in their connection) so it can sometimes happen with bridged connections/hotspots, im not entirely sure if there's an solution to it but it's best just to make sure that your proxy/IP settings are set to the default, besides it, im not really an professional on it

Playstation 4 player here, I’m having issues buying things/specifically the Journey Pack. I have Purchased it on my ps4, it said the purchase was successful, so I browsed my library for it, tried to search through “purchased add-ons” and I couldn’t find it. It only gave me the option to pay for it again. So I did. I used the ps4 app (on my phone) this time, paying for the Journey Pack add-on, again. Like the first time, nothing happened. I couldn’t find the add-on and it just gave me the option to purchase it again. So, I did. Because at this point I was assuming that I was doing something wrong or it just wasn’t loading properly. So I spent 75 (US) dollars, trying to purchase the Journey Pack add-on, three times, and I can’t get it to load in-game, let alone show up as an add-on that I purchased. I’m not really worried or upset about the money as much as I just want the pack to show up 😭. If anyone had/has a similar problem or knows what to do, and you could help me, then that would be amazing. Thank you!

Have you checked the in-game store? Sometimes after the purchase of an item something may go wrong and it'll be labelled in the store as "Free" so you can claim it.

If it is or isn't, I would suggest requesting refunds for the item from Sony since you paid for it multiple times.

Try in the in-game store ( ⚙️ -> Shop 🛒 ) it should appear as Free in there, if it doesn't try using the 'Restore purchases' option in this case you will also need to contact PS support to get an refund for the two times you bought it besides the one you'll get in-game

i had hoped there would be something certain, like if there was way that i could tell my internet router to tell other devices that "this other access point / layer 1 bridge" is safe. but i dont use vlans or MAC authentication at all in my network, so i dont think there is something in the way on low levels

In PS opening your menu should show a bunch of options, one of them is the Shop, from there you should be able to see both the Journey Pack and the Restore Purchases option

You'll regain all wing buffs in Orbit. They are permanent and will be rewarded to you before you are reborn

Collected WL always takes priority over wing buffs. When you lose all collected wings, you'll start losing wing buffs, which you will need to go through Eden again to get back.

No, the wind paths near there are pretty jank because you could essentially reach the statue from a platform on the right so the windpaths block trying to cheese it that way, you gotta fight it a bit
