Me and a few other people were there and none of us were getting wax balls, it wasn't even just that we had already gotten the max from grandma already , but that nothing showed up after she left, we waited two wax ball cycles to see if it fixed eventually but it didn't :(

Yes, I know what your issue is and even then it should be possible to unlink it very easily. Did you link a throwaway account to your Steam account? You cannot unlink the last remaining login method from a Sky account

Know we are all aware of the bugs we all had to deal with on a large scale up until recently where most have been resolved.

I saw android was compensated for this but someone said IOS won’t be getting any? Can someone confirm? It has been a while so it’s not totally unbelievable at this point but I just don’t understand why that would be the case if we all dealt with boat loads of bugs which prevented some of us, like me from doing quests for like a month.

My buddy who experienced no issues but had an android got like 60 candles, my other android friend said she got 60 also and only had the aurora quests acting up but neither sent in reports.

To put it into perspective, all base spirit wing buffs are 160 AC total. If we say the average AC you get from red shards is 2.5 it'd take 64 shard events to get 160 AC. At 2 red shards per week it'd take you 32 weeks
