I think you're confused, there's 4 candles for daily quests, 1 from collecting wax from the rotating seasonal candle clusters (there's 4 (that form one entire candle) always exept when there's a double candle cluster event) and those make the summ of 5 daily candles for non AP-owners, if you own the season pass then you get the sixth daily candle from the social statue of aviary, hope this helps, if you think your candle count might be bugged you can contact in game support

You need to start the 4th quest and unlock the map shrine, i believe. New players might have to make some progress through the game like reaching Valley or Vault to see the event stuff as well.

the days of love guide is in aviary, when you enter aviary you should see a heart in front of the shop, when you go near it, it will enter the shop; currently the guide for the love event as well as for fortune event are on exactly the same position but you should be able to interact with both of them (yes this a #known-issues )
