Yes it’s different. You only see a still image. The only thing you can see is other friends name and you can hear sounds but you cant see anything moving around you, cant see yourself move, or icons or anything its just a still image.

Restart wont fix this if you are the one wearing the combo. Emma has a nice post about how to do that tho. If you are the unfortunate person who joined a bugged player then a restart will fix it.

Upgrades are crazy expensive, especially upper nodes so no wonder you reduced your candle number that fast. The only thing i dont like to see so high up is warp. It was the savior of my moth days when i kept falling into oob, crashing, getting servered etc. warp can help a ton.

I would assume the comparison with that insect and the cape comes from wearing it, using the crab dance lvl 3 or 4, clicking the question mark in top right of emotes, then clicking an instrument you have on. That makes you walk around in a manner that does kind of feel like an insect. Either way, I LOVE that cape and nothing can ruin that for me. I still wear it a lot in live.

I do this and roleplay as that insect.. my friends crack up every time.. sky is a game open to interpretations... As long as you are not belittling some one else with an insect reference, u are playing within the boundaries of the game. If some one can't stand this kind of roleplaying because the cape is Phoenix inspired, I think it's their problem. Fortunately I have the liberty to use the word in-game🙂

Switch is a unique system though as you can play in tablet mode... No multitouch, but it would be nice if the half way decent touch screen can navigate the menu in tablet mode. Dock also allows for USB keyboard functions, making chat a little easier.

Well, the device that joined beta with the email was Phone 1, which is pretty weak, but can run both Live and Beta.
Phone 2 is even better, and has Live running smoothly.

Yeah, we would need to verify their phone shows as certified. If it doesn't, that's the problem and they need to see if clearing play store cache and data fixes it. If it doesn't, next step would be to contact her phone manufacturer's support line to see why the phone will not pass CTS.

That's so horrible. I hope you're okay :(( As a fellow beta moth I've found that certain (but very few) older beta players can be very very mean, and usually have a very high ego about the fact they've been in beta for a while. Best thing to do is report them and block them.

Being in beta for longer and having more cosmetics in beta does not make them better than you in any shape or form, especially if you're the nicer person

they do try to not take away certain glitches that the community likes, such as rocket and chibi fall. the example that comes to mind is the trials. they added reset zones to prevent rocket from being used, but wouldn't take the glitch away in other areas of the game. however, if they add things that patch those glitches, and there is no way to preserve them, then we'll just have to adjust. it'd be like home trick.

They have said before that they will leave the Valley stadium oob and rainbow bridge in Isle open for players to visit because they don't cause any problems for the game and players have to intentionally go there, you can't accidentally end up in those oob places. However, they can and will fix things that are not part of the intentional game behavior, especially if they need to in order to fix other aspects of the game. They don't prioritize glitches over improving other game elements

The penalty of being spotted will be the time you waste by hiding under the shield. Instead of using a glitch well use the shield. Everyone would be happy and the glitch can be patched

i find it much easier to open doors in beta compared to when i started over a year ago. even though the servers are quieter than live's you'll often find a few skykids wandering around to help you out. unless you're at a 4 player door, you won't really need to glitch through. the 8 player puzzle however...

You can easily hide from krills if you careful enough. There’s always ways to dodge a krill while flying if you practice/ have the skills to pull it off

I honestly haven't really used home glitch in quite a while, once you become familiar with the krill routes and good hiding spots, it's not that bad to get around. I can make it through without getting spotting at all most of the time now

Throughout the game we learn that they spawn butterflies. The pot we got could do the same and they could even add a hidden mechanic where the colour of butterflies it spawns is the colour of the cape we are wearing. Since our cape is light and the butterflies are creatures of light.

And if paired with the butterfly cape it spawned much more butterflies or smth.

Personally, I don't think the afk thing is as big of an issue, if they increase the timer for longer than two minutes. All you have to do to be not-afk is to touch the screen every so often, which is barely anything. I don't know how a lot of people play, but if you're literally just setting your phone down and not touching it for hours while someone ubers you, that's not really even playing

You could be getting an Uber while you're busy in a zoom class, could have to go the bathroom, could have to eat food or make food, talk to family, basic human things that all take longer than 2 minutes

For me, the only time I would get ubered is when I'm busy, and I'm sure it's like that for a lot of others too. It should definitely be made longer. Maybe 10m (it honestly shouldnt exist at all But like if they are gonna do it then 10 minutes minimum)

I also understand that part of the issue is that the game itself is very repetitive if all you are doing is candle running, and that sometimes there isn't really a whole lot to do. But that's a whole other discussion

The Days of Love event came by so fast in beta. I suppose the Days of Nature might be the same, since they werent alone in working on it. Since they're working with a partner, they may have prepared for it waaaay much more than other regular in game events.

In my experience, I noticed a gradual increase in almost everything since we're getting more money (candles) now. friendship upgrades increased from 3-8 candles to 4-12 candles.

To be honest, i find the TS prices kind of decent and fair. Not all moths get to buy something from a ts, you have to work for your candles. And with the addition of the new candle system just made it faster for us to get candles.

OH, I also forgot to mention the shortcuts!!! I love that the treehouse is a hub that connects almost all of the Forest together. It made doing the quests so much easier and now if I need to get Orange Light for any reason, or if I miss a Candle Cake in the last area, I can save so much time by just going into Treehouse and taking the shortcut to Temple Area straight from there. Wish they would add this to all the other Realms.

I don’t believe that. I’ve seen a hammock, tent, and a hoop all in 8 man elevator a short while back. I’m sure you can’t put them in the tent tho. It sits on top of a table too.

Yeah, it does which is sad, but still good for pictures. I know that you can’t put anything underneath the tent, but you don’t necessarily need to to get a nice screenshot of a campsite. And sorry if that seemed snappy. QAQ

Hey I got a discovery regarding the forbidden outfit that can crash your game.
A clothing spell used by a friend (say, the days of fortune cape spell) can counter it, giving the other person enough time to change and stop the nasty bug
