I just feel like if you're going to release a season that has many new props and 1/2 the ults are props then this bug should definitely be fixed. It negatively impacts the visual appeal of the prop items from past seasons and the current ones. I'm so hoping they fix it in 0.20.5 but my hopes are low since they didn't fix it when they fixed the clothing lighting bug. I'm in an endless abyss of reporting this 💀 when will the Sisyphean task end

That is one of the absolute WORST of the effected. I remember when I was moth literally going through sky the first time at vault and I saw someone with that prop and thought it was so cool. At the time I thought they had like a lamp filled with lava bc of the cool glow effects. Now it looks like a sad plastic toy when I finally ended up being able to get it 😭

Has anyone not been able to play beta since the first concert? I played the first concert and downloaded the new update in early December and I still can’t get past the server error screen. My friend also has this problem. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? I’ve reported it to sky multiple times but no avail.

Hmm, there's been server crashes here and there but nothing quite like this. Other than the reports I'd honestly uninstall then reinstall the game and see if that helps. If not, and even if, I would honestly also reccomend clearing both your caches as well. ( I was fully unable to play sky live once because I needed to clear the cache)

If I uninstall sky and redownload it will I still have access to beta? And should I delete sky beta and test flight or just sky beta? Thanks for your help! Me and my friend have been trying to access it it since early December

I wouldn't delete test flight, just sky beta. You'll be able to re-download the app as Ling as you're using the email you gained access to testing with.

As for clearing app cache, just need to go into your phone settings and then into apps and there should be a way to do so there. I'd reccomend trying this first before fully uninstalling beta so you can save yourself the hassle. Again, as long as you have access to the email you used to sign up for beta you can safely uninstall and re-download beta, but clearing cache should helo and also allow the game to run a lot smoother too

Oof. I'm very sorry to here that. Unfortunately there isn't really any more direct way to get help with this Unfortunately other than consistently submitting your bug reports. I do genuinely hope something does get resolved soon since this is a very odd situation 🤔 I could also see it potentially being linked to potential issues with an older device? Since I know as the game continues to progress and grow, slowly but surely older devices won't be able to process the game anymore. I hope this isn't the case for you, granted there isn't really a way I could know if it was or wasn't since I have no idea what device you're on. I may know a lot about the game, but I wouldn't know much of anything other than speculated theories when it comes to this, especially since you're on ios. Again, real sorry no one else has seemed to have gotten to you and I do hope you'll have access again at some point.

In addition; if you have another apple device that is compatible with sky, i reccomend using your apple ID linked to your beta account and attempting to re-download beta on that device just to test. If that's not possible, that is completely understandable.

Unfortunately I don't have an image of the water chair, I wish I did but I didn't use it much. It acted a lot like the chairs in the river of assembly, but looked like a miny version of the circle firepit like the valley idle spot- just without fire. It was very cute.

Ye, it didn't make it in 2022 because it was apart of days of summer light which got changed to days of light last year. Days of summer lights still took place at home with the sand castle and had the water chair that sat three people. It was really cute, they should bring it back for lazy days again. ( or what ever the first summer event is called)

yes, that has been my experience while testing in beta. I think christian shared a video just today showing the theory is sound - if you turn off crossplay on playstation and go there to burn the plants yourself the big shell will appear. I got large shell as normal in beta when I tried it, but we were the only ones there. in live you merge so often that it's probably inevitable with no shell

If there were a Zelda collab, there would be four spirits, with Mipha, Daruk, Revali, and Urbosa. Link himself would appear in their memories though I don't think he'd be a Guide. I think Zelda deserves to be the Guide.

zelda would be v well suited as a guide! i think the spirits wouldn't necessarily be the champions, but rather be representations of the virtues they embodied (like the aurora spirits)

interestingly, botw is link's hero's journey, while age of calamity is zelda's! while i think botw/totk would be better for a sky collab (the tragic timeline lines up better with the tone of sky), it'd also be interesting to see a bit of age of calamity's story integrated, since then we'd likely be helping season guide zelda grow and learn instead of her purely guiding us

I can imagine Mipha having a "graceful" stance, since she is always appearing in a "graceful" state. Daruk would come with a Goron roll emote where our Sky kid would roll up in a ball. Level 1-2 would roll in a straight line whereas level 3-4 would roll in circles. Revali would have a "hmph, as expected" emote in which our Sky kid dusts off their body and shows off for the camera. Level 1-2 poses confidently, Level 3-4 poses even more confidently.

Urbosa deserves a snap emote where level 1-2 is just a regular snap, but level 3-4 could summon a tiny bolt of lightning as the level 4 emote.

It doesn't really need to be explained how Zelda and Sky fit together, like if I have to explain this, it's something like:

Both games have vague but interesting story, and Zelda is more proficient in storytelling than Sky is, but the theme is that both talk about ancient darkness. Both games seem to have a theme about where the light must vanquish the darkness, and in the end both games (Breath of The Wild's especially here), have the concept of light fighting darkness with all its strength but failing to do so. (Sky kid gets reborn in Sky) (Link wakes up after 100 years of trying to stop the darkness of the Great Calamity with no memory of who he is and what his purpose is.)

Both games can fit in with each other quite well, but due to licensing issues and copyright, it might be very problematic to introduce a Zelda themed collab, besides if TGC wanted to they could ask Nintendo for permission to include another Nintendo Pack if they wanted to for Tears of The Kingdom. But that probably is far out of reach and may seem unfair for other platforms, especially Android since they have quite literally nothing to represent their platform.

There needs to be a stronger connection to Sky's core theme and narrative. Like Mimic said, Alice in Wonderland fits better as one of its theme is dealing with childhood and surviving in the world of adults, and just reinforces the narrative presented by TLP

Though IPs like BOTW would be fine if it was a mini-collab like with Kizuna AI since it's separate and non-canon since a large part of a season is to tell a story

I love BOTW, but I don't think it would work so well as a story collab. Like Elysian said, there definitely needs to be a stronger connection than just both games having light and darkness.
