The upgrades from the mirror, for example, ||make it so that you have extra Bloodstones and that all of your attacks do more damage when they're embedded in a target enemy. Phenomenal for harassing bosses and the like||

Tisiphone is tough. My advice is, like Meg, smack a little after she dashes but don't stand in front of her. For projectiles, just hit or block those (shield) in whatever way you can. And avoid the green circles of doom by dashing.

The arena getting smaller makes maneuvering a lot more difficult but it's possible, with patience

largely personal preference, there isn't any one "best" weapon

They are all valid, my personal fav is the spear and sword but shield is great for being Captain America

personally, I advocate for the shield, because the block ability gives you more time to learn attack patterns

You can stunlock opponents. Use dash attack to reset your combo so you don't get that awkward gap between.

Also Demeter fists is good if you cam upgrade it.

Lightning strike is a solid choice starting out

But there are also other builds like Merciful End fists, Divine Strike that can work well.

i gotta say though - i love how every weapon doesn't offer just one new playstyle, but multiple

like - i did my first proper fists run now and fights that gave me trouble with - lets say - the spear became a cakewalk

while fights that were easy for me in the past became...

It depends. It's a roguelite so usually you can replay it, doing runs over and over. This is true for games like Isaac, Risk of Rain, etc. but is especially true for Hades because you also get more narrative contents.
To add some spice you can do speedruns, ||high heat climb||, or challenge runs. I personally try to keep a streak going at ||32 heat||.
If you think the above are too repetitive and the gameplay loop isn't enough to keep you interested then there is nothing wrong with moving on to another game.
As for me I like the gameplay and I like the replayability of roguelites so replaying runs is a no brainer for me.
