I think the reason RI1 AP1 works well is that the rest of the pact isn't hard enough to actually need dark foresight
aka no EM4 or CP2

Generally yeah, unless you're playing soaker haha. I think luci just has a little more flexibility in dash choice than the other rails, cuz so much of it is about being efficient with your special placement

there are a few types of boons that love rarity like doom where it can be the right pick though
