MOD MAIL

Mod Mail is the place to go to contact the Staff team of the Terraria Discord. Found at the top of the sidebar, @dim yacht is where you can send reports, ask questions about the server, sort out any server related issues, make suggestions, or otherwise get in touch with Staff! When contacting Mod Mail, please explain your problem in full in your first message.

Please do not message Mod Mail with Terraria-related inquiries - these should either go on the Official Forums or one of the Terraria discussion channels, such as #terraria-help. We are not Terraria developers, and any suggestions for the game should go to officially designated locations.
As with our infraction system, Mod Mail relies on direct messages. If you have direct messages off, you will not be able to contact Mod Mail.
If you or someone you know is banned from the server, the banned account can join the Terraria Discord Appeals Server to appeal the ban via Mod Mail. Instructions and requirements for appealing can be found in the information channel there.

EVENT MAIL

Event Mail is for contacting the Event Team of the server, which is made up of Event Coordinators and Event Helpers. If you have any suggestions for new server events, have questions about any of our various activities, or you want to suggest new Trivia or Epic Battles lines, feel free to contact @sand ruin with your inquiries. Please note that the Event Team does not work on Terraria, so please do not send suggestions for Terraria there!

ROLE AND CHANNEL CUSTOMIZATION

The id:customize feature can be used to add/remove vanity and alert roles, as well as change the visibility of channels. The #alert-roles channel can also be used to add/remove alert roles.

VANITY ROLES

Vanity roles are purely for appearance. To apply a vanity role, you will need to either use the Stylist bot (@echo blade) or use the id:customize feature. The commands for the bot can be used in #bot-commands and are as follows:

/list - View a list of your available vanity roles.
/set - View a dropdown menu of your available roles, select the one you want to equip/unequip.
