preparing for my daily 6 hour unconscious brain repair session

during my lowest times in life i maybe had 15 hours a day on social media. almost 90 a week . If i spent all that time on working i might be rich by now

I've played for a long long time

i got an Xbox 360 when i was a kid and got terraria on disk

and i played with no tutorial or anything and was like REALLY bad at the game

#

I lost my progress 3 times, each time i quit terraria because i thought i could never get back to where i was. Even though i barely lost any progress, the first time i had iron armor, which is like nothing, then platinum, and then crimson armor

#

I kept coming back and doing better than i did before

#

eventually i stopped quitting the game and playing until I beat the wall of flesh

#

I think i played with this one random dude and we beat hardmode together, and we beat ocram

#

though it wasn't really legit because in hardmore i found a super primitive dupe glitch that let me give my teammate some good gear that i had like the terra blade

#

i remember i would go to school and all i could think about was how i wanted to go back home to find new things in terraria

#

it was an enhanced experience because i was at a time in my life where my neurons were still forming new connections and i was still beginning to understand the world around me, terraria was new, it piqued my curiosity, and whenever i found something new in it it felt like a huge discovery that i can still remember after many years

#

Not remembering like the event itself but how i felt and very vividly

#

Life for example finding the eye of chuthulu spawner for the first time and using it in a cave without knowing what it did at all

#

It reminds me of this video i saw of this guy who beat Minecraft with no outside knowledge of the game whatsoever

#

He got potions just from guessing random materials, and found out the wither existed through a painting

#

If all my knowledge about minecraft was erased and i was put in a box to beat it I don't know if I even could, it would probably be pretty hard to figure out you're supposed to go to the ender dragon and how to kill it

#

I'm just rambling

it's like 5 am where I'm at and i could've easily slept an hour and a half ago but i love to pull out my phone last minute and extend my awake time for no reason

#

At the same time it doesn't matter because i have nothing to wake up early for anyway

I think it would be interesting to have a job that goes all night

to be truly nocturnal would be a strange lifestyle

I'm not friends with anyone who ever does anything before noon so i don't even think i would miss much

If you guys have good friends be very gracious for them

i see too many people who dont meet the right people out there and it's a tragedy

I'm not an open person myself because i already have a lot of connections to maintain and my low social power brain can't handle it

but i also feel bad sometimes because i know a lot of people aren't open for the same reason, and it makes it harder for people who really need someone to be friends with
