I like the look but the unevenness bothers me. The concept is wonderful, but for me it needs more to it so it screams authority. Right now it looks more like a chair on a platform. Maybe add some trophies, even out the room, better lighting [not bright, but some more atmospheric lighting], or some form of decorations that would scream "I'm in charge deal with it!"

the biggest problem is that the room is an even ammount of blocks while the decorations (the throne) are odd numbered, its sorta hard to redesign entire rooms with that in mind

Since the chair IIRC is uneven and you could use that as the Measuring aspect. You could add Crimtane, Ebonstone, Flesh/Bone accents, along with some Bone/Spike furniture if you want to go the route of a sinister build. Otherwise you could use more of an industrial look with the various metals, stone slab, and accents for said style. Either way I honestly love the start of what you got going. It's a wonderful start and I feel it should scream authority as well as this is the king/queen's space.

HOnestly I think the balloon could use some visible tiedown elements. If you look at old Zeppelin designs they often had this to make sure the balloon wouldn't separate from the deck areas. I don't remember seeing crew quarters, but if you haven't made them I'd add them for a bit of "realism." For "crew" you could use Mannequins with pirate or steampunk outfits to really sell it.

This is the tavern built in the hallow between a desert & jungle biome. To the east of the Tavern & Inn is the military zone, Lil Barstow, & the rest of the kingdom. To the West is the Jungle and the outlands, where anything goes and often does. This is the last bastion before going outside the kingdoms control as well as for those coming in from The Outlands.

Druids, military, staff, and a guy that is totally lying about fighting a Wyvern all are served here. On occasion you hear the drunken words of a mercenary "stupid cursed twig..." as the words become unintelligible. Grand tales of conquest are told by one grizzly vet that you shouldn't ask follow up questions. The staff smile as they get your ale, squirrel on a stick, and fish dishes yet say nothing of what they overhear.

What does your museum even look like? You'll probably want something that match the general architecture or theme.
You could go the french way and make a glass pyramid like the Louvre Museum. There are also plenty of museum set in old building like castle or manors but since you want simple you could go with like a single watchtower repurposed as entrance.

split dyed hair can be obtained using obsidian rose and the correct hairstyles (some of em line up funky) or you can do highlights with certain headpieces like steampunk goggles or devil horn

the houses are all made with echo coated platforms for the walls of their respective rooms

the npcs arent very well matched to their rooms at the moment because they all died in a goblin invansion recently, but its supposed to be tavernkeep, goblin tinkerer, and mechanic

and while i know its not visible in the screenshot, the souls do spin while in the jars, it looks very cool

If it were up to me, id make a few minor changes to this build. First, for continuity, and to make it less awkward to walk around, consider rebuilding the way up to the second floor in that right-side chamber, and id also tweak the roof of that section too.
