It was auto set to post every 5 minutes, but the briefing said it should be roughly every hour, so I changed it to 55 minutes and it didn't work, so I changed it back to 5 minutes and I'll know tomorrow if it's working or not.

Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

Ok its doable, basically notice that the desk and all the items on it are individual assets within the editor. So you can be behind the desk by removing the background video from this Overlay, save that and then copy the Background video into another overlay, so now you have 2 Browser sources. You put the Main Overlay first, your cam source in the middle and then the Background overlay last. Hope that makes sense 😄

Hey, everyone! I've been using SE OBS with a capture card for a few years now. I capture gaming on one computer and stream through another. Recently when I open OBS I get double sound from my gaming computer (like a laggy echo) and I'm not monitoring any of the audio outputs, so it isn't that. Is it normal that it takes so long in sponsor campaigns for new players to register? I did campaigns for Raid and Vikings: War of Clans last year and new players would show up in almost immediately, which made it a lot easier to hype up. The last two I have been in, it has taken hours, sometimes days for it to show, and I keep getting the same copy-paste replies when I contact support.

The Genshin one, I am missing almost 50% of the people who told me they registered and showed me screenshots of reaching the required rank (even passing it). I know they have never played the game, either, and don't use adblockers, so they did everything right!

That's just the ones I know about, for the record, since my community members usually reach out to me when they do something. I have no idea if others have completed it via my stream or twitter ads.

What does "glitched" mean? That is a very vague way to say something is broken, but also I want to emphasis that if a tracker is not tracking any events, there are a few things to consider here:

• Have the users used the service/game before?
• Have they truly meet the requirements to be counted for?
• How long usually does an event take to show up? (this is very dependent on the Campaign that is being ran, for example HelloFresh takes up to 48 hours for the event to show up. If it doesn't there are procedures we can follow to check this)

Just saying "oh its glitched" doesn't mean that we will just go in and change it to a random number so that the campaign can progress. We need to be detailed as much as possible here and this is handled via a ticket.

I can say typically staff do understand your frustration, because ultimately it is their service that's being disrupted also. It means they sometimes cannot do things the way they want to and give their users not the best experience and they want to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Often people you speak to may not be the person whos trying to fix it either, different staff for different roles, the people reaching out to you often really are trying to help and can only relay what they have.

If this is 3 tickets on the same issue, please don't ever do this either.

As someone who works with a customer support team, this only clogs up/makes your issue harder to track because its being handled in multiple places rather than 1.

Opening multiple tickets doesn't help with getting an update, as a new ticket goes to the top of the Queue. If you have an original ticket, it will get a response faster as it already has someone assigned to it and some investigation done 👍
