I'm trying to set up the loyalty system to use with my youtube stream... I'm able to do it with streamlabs, but I want to see if stream elements will work better for me. But I do NOT have the loyalty points tab. Before I spend more time searching for this, please let me know if it's available. I know there isn't a point system built into youtube...yet. I'm hoping for a great workaround.

I want to set a custom command for viewers to time themself out as much as they want
So if they type: !tmo 60, they get 60s timeout (tmo stands for time me out)
My problem is to find the command that customizes the amount of time

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
  2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
  3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Hello, I had a custom bot name in my channel and now it wont work. I tried all the parting/connecting/testing i could find online.

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using SE.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

  1. In SE.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
  2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
  3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
  4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
  5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
  6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Any time anyone in my community changes their username, they are unable to use my sound alerts from my SE store. Even after doing !rename and earning viewer points under their new username. The !rename command works to transfer over hours watched and viewer points, but they can't use sound commands. It will tell them that they are either not subscribed or don't have enough viewer points. Most of them have thousands of points and were able to use them successfully before changing their usernames.

Is this something that I can fix on my end? They shouldn't have to submit tickets to SE as viewers. My account ID is 5f051a2be964dad71171f66e.

okay, so if i play music through media request, i have no issues, but as soon as i hit show on stream (to display song name and time remaining) the audio starts to stutter and pause randomly and sometimes just ends up skipping the rest of the song for no reason. anyone else have this issue or know of any fixes?

So as far I am aware their isn't any way to breakline but you could have the bot respond to line 1 if line is detected

Hi again, I'm having more problems with sponsorship but I'm starting to believe it may be down to user error because i'm a dummy axelxyAAHHH
I started the campagin today but I may not have actually hit the button, or for whatever reason it didn't register...
I streamed like 7 hours, 3-4 of which was genshin and have (as of now) 4 towards goal already axelxyAAHHHR
Is there a way someone can manually input this? I haven't re-hit "start campaign" because I dont want to break it even more if it was me that broke it

I'm modding for a channel which uses streamelements only and the default !followage command got deleted, I've tried finding the original command through google for a while now, but I can only find one with nightbot API. If I look at stream elements' dashboard and go to the default command list I can only find ''${user1} has been following ${user2} for 1 year 5 months 27 days 1 hour" which ofcourse wouldn't work. Does anyone know how to reset default commands from chat or does the streamer have to reset them manually somehow?

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using SE.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

  1. In SE.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
  2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
  3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
  4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
  5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
  6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Hello Guys, im not sure if this is the right Channel to post my Question but here i go.
I am using Streamelements OBS and experience some terrible browser Source alert lags while playing a game. When i am not playing everything is fine. I checked for Render lag or encoding lag but those are fine sitting at 0.0% i also checked my gpu and cpu usage which are also fine around 25% (cpu ryzen 5900x) and 80-95% gpu (RTX 2070 super) im trying to keep the gpu under 95 % load so everything stays smooth. I tried to search the web for a solution but i couldnt find any help i tried everything from power settings to prio the obs client to hardware acceleration. Im not sure if its ok to post links so please let me know i have a clip in which it shows the lag. I would appriciate any help really! thanks in advance.

Hey, does anyone has any experiences with a HelloFresh sponsorship?
The description says "earn max 800USD ... 80USD per new subscriber".
Now my question is if I get paid for every new subscriber (for example I get 160USD for 2 new subs) or do I need a minimum of 10 subs to get paid? Cuz the "goals" are confusing me xD
It also says that I need to buy 2 boxes live on stream. Are these also sponsored or do I have to buy them with my own money?
I tried contacting the StreamElements Support via mail but now I'm waiting since 3 days without an answer so I thought I try my luck here. :)

HelloFresh has been one of those sponsors that I've been warned about as a smaller streamer.

A family of 4 will run about $200 just for a box (aka 6 meals or 24 servings) or just 1 week of food.

If you have an established fan base that is willing to fork over that kind of money for food then have it, but if you're a small time creator its much harder to complete this sponsorship's request.

Like any "RAID SHADOW LEGENDS" sponsors always seem so easy to complete, however you have to get a minimum of 5 people to not only download the game and use your code, then they have to beat the games "tutorial" which just bombards players with "BUY ME BUY ME" microtransactions

You also have to hope they did everything correctly when setting up their accounts to ensure you get progress on your sponsorship.
