Hi All, since a few weeks SE Bot started to work very unreliably, e.g. timers do not work (or work randomly for 10 minutes), commands do not work most of the time, spam filters seem to also be affected. I tried parting/joining channel a few times, this resolve the issue occasionally but not always and not for long. Any idea what could cause it? Also if there is any further information needed - please direct me. Thx!

Okay, so any data BEFORE the creation of your StreamElements account will not populate on the Dashboard, it will only track data moving forward, not retroactively

Hi there, has there been any issues with Youtube/ OBS and using the features of HypeBoss and the event list? The Hypeboss is not changing when there are donos via streamelements. The event list only shows new subscribers even though there have been donos/ supers etc in between them (all the boxes are ticked for these)

More than likely your accounts need to be merged! - Please note:

  • Merging accounts only allow faster ways to switch between accounts
  • Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events
  • Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts

There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

I am new to elements and I am facing issue while using overlays.
The overlay is not working. The template of overlay comes up in OBS screen, however, it doesn't pick up any activity like subscriber, or any alerts. Basically it jsut sits there as a template.

Howdy, I'm in the process of transitioning from Streamlabs OBS to OBS and I'm trying to get things set up as similar as possible, the one thing so far in which OBS didn't have the same as SLOBS was their activity feed, So I'm turning to stream elements for their activity feed at the moment. On stream labs their Activity feed displays activity from multiple stream sources ex: youtube and twitch. Is there a way to have the activity feed on stream elements to work like this as well?

Hi, I'm trying to 'claim' my YouTube channel through my active stream elements account so that my alerts will work but it says it is "already claimed by another account" and I can't seem to log into any other stream elements account because it just auto logs me into my current one whichever option I choose ie. Could you please part the bot, log out then log back in, have the bot join your channel? Let us know if you still notice this issue. reset some backend counters so we need to test to see if they're taking. Are the streams public and listed when you notice this issue?

Hi, recently switched from twitch to youtube, and I was wondering if there is an easy way to import my Streamelements files, overlays etc from the twitch profile to the youtube profile? Any suggestions?
