Hey guys ive tinkered with settings here n there a bit but i just noticed something odd, when i fire my SKS im noticing the kick or recoil from the weapon when it shakes the most violently it seemingly makes the whole screen blur up with the movement. Try reinstalling mod 11. In you MO2, most mods are numbered and sorted from top to bottom.

So what I would say is try a full install after you choose "Update G.A.M.M.A".
Before then, save your current mod list by creating a new profile with those and try to use JUST baseline mod list.

Is there a way to reduce the stutters that I assume are occurring as the game loads/unloads things near the edge of simulation range? These definately aren't periodic stutters and specifically happen when I'm approaching populated areas or otherwise traversing the map. I'm running the stutter fix mod and have core 0 and 1 turned off.

I can probably live with it but I'm just curious if there's a known fix.

To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

In order to properly enable Mags Redux:

4. While in game, check your keybinds for reload and unjam
5. After successfully following all steps, you need to Left-Alt + left click the magazine to add to your loadout, before a reload can work

KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't disable it in your current save file. The only safe way to do so, is by loading a save where you don't have the mod enabled or by starting a new game WITHOUT Mags Redux.

My PSY resistance is stuck at 0% and causing my character to slowly die and stamina to recover very slowly. I updated my game after almost a month of not playing, and did a full install through the stalker gamma installer (that one which downloads everything from moddb) and the game doesn't work. Should I just do a backup of the saves, save that one mod that backups your selected options etc, completely delete both anomaly and gamma and reinstall them from scratch?

Reverting back to default moddb mirror." Does this mean it still downloaded the file with a mirror?

Yeah im no pro but have learnt alot since modding anomaly has so many options. Go on mod DB search it, download and then open mo2/mod organizer and you can click on install mod from archive icon which is just below were it says File,View etc.. at the top and it will let you choose from downloads what your trying to install. im picking ya need 7zip or similar for it to extract. try it and see but not all is compatible as thats why GAMMA has certain load order....

yeah from what i recall, you can rebind key etc from there i believe. Some mods may not work for various reasons as theres so many others. I believe the weapon animation will play when idle for certain time as well. good luck with it.

Do you have both? Try for yourself, see what's better.

Actual explanation:
AVX is a way for your CPU to do calculations on a large array of data simultaneously. This is the same kind of job GPUs are primarily meant for.
So if your GPU is decent, AVX is (in most cases) outclassed by the GPU itself. Best way to know which is better for you, personally, is to try both versions and see what does or doesn't crash/performs better.

Haven't had one there unfortunately so can't speak from experience, but that's a pretty big area and the RF has a deceptively small detection radius at time. Does it tell you the general area it's supposed to be in? That can be... misleading at times.

Mmm. Only thing I could suggest is either debug mode and teleport to it or keep looking. I am not sure how to fenagle debug mode, but it would be good for you to do so if you can figure it out. That will tell us if it's a bug or you just missed it.

Yes. It's common to run at lower versions of DX for performance reasons. Although it will look significantly worse.

If you don't see it then, check the archive of Anomaly to make sure that exe is there. If it isn't, make sure you are using 7zip, and if it still isn't, redownload ANomaly.

Playing as a Merc, Just realized after clearing the Duga, and getting the Duga free achievement, I didn't end up getting the Loner ceasefire... which was a really long time ago on my save... Can't progress the Clear Sky questline now, cause I have to talk to Sid, and his door is locked to me.
