There are bots that I know that I can give resources to the team that gives the owner of the Voice Channel access to kick people from the Voice Chat, with this, moderation wouldn't be a big issue, as the owners of the voice channel with this bot has permissions to moderate a voice channel they have created. The point of having a game Discord server is to communicate and find other people to play, share ideas and much more, many of which, voice channels take place. I'm happy to go further and give this resource to the team. (Would require VPS though).

Aren't you able to get hold of the Community Management team to have it sorted out? They should really be trying to give you as many resources they can to help you with moderation and safety in general, self-hosted bots are much safer and usually are more advanced and usually used in other massive game-based communities. Self-Hosted is where the owner of the bot shared the code, so you can run it by yourself with your own bot, meaning you would have full access to this and not used in other servers unless if you want it to be shared to other servers. Maybe who is in charge would be more comfortable with self-hosted bots? (Would require VPS monthly/yearly, most game companies wouldn't mind paying for them from my experience, but if they do, understandable).

For example, it's like you creating your own Dyno bot, all the code is public, and you pretty much paste it in, and the bot is all yours and it would function exactly like Dyno you pretty much own it all, and other versions won't be automatically updated, meaning it's safer. Like an android, your phone wouldn't auto-update, you would have to do it yourself manually.

Issues with that:

Not all the moderators can speak Spanish, thus it would be extremely hard to moderate the channels, your safety is moderators priorities, and if they simply cannot moderate a channel simply because it's in a different language, that will be a massive issue. Not all of the articles, blogs, twitter posts and all are in Spanish too, meaning that the moderation team will have to translate it to you which will just make things 10 times harder. There are fan based servers that you can join, another thing I'd like to point out is that it's better off having a different server for Spanish users, including different Multiversus social media accounts to make things easier. Which still would be a hard thing to pull off. It's really up to the moderation team if they can even moderate it 24/7. Which I doubt.

Another thing adding on to that, if they are to add a Spanish chat, all the rules will have to be translated to Spanish as well, and more channels will be requested for Spanish users and other languages such as Japanese-Chat for example. IMO it's not worth having it.

I tried contacting a few moderators, like 3 of them, and they all had their DMs off, with Dyno you can make an application, and with that, you can create a 'report application' and it can be sent automatically in some sort of hidden/staff channel. A way to report content to the moderation team.

So when someone fills a form/application it gets automatically sent to a channel, for moderators to review.

Server roles for each character maybe? Either level roles (with each level being different characters or just normal level roles) or character roles for who you main. For example, a morty role for morty mains

The server is pretty big with limited amount of bot usage, the moderation team cannot support it at this current moment of time. It's for your safety and for others too. Your safety is (hopefully) moderators top priority. A lot of the Discord Gifs are also inappropriate and/or contain malicious content.

That will be very unlikely, swearing in anyway is against the rules, keep in mind that young people are also in the server, allowing swearing will also increase toxic behaviour. It's best to avoid it.
