Happy Good Evening or Morning MVPs - with the start of open beta today also starts our FREE CHARACTER PREVIEW ROTATION:
Starting today, we'll have a new section of our roster that will be free to all players that will change every TWO weeks. Character progression you earn with these characters beginning from Early Access this timeframe will be SAVED so when they're back in rotation (or if you unlock them with in-game Gold) you'll be able to continue right where you left off. And moving forward, character progression will not reset. All characters will always be unlockable with in-game earnable Gold again when they come out of the FREE CHARACTER PREVIEW ROTATION. If you played during the EARLY ACCESS period, all of your progression to ALL of the characters you played during 7/19 - 7/25 is saved (yay!). So, no worries if you can't unlock all of the characters you played before, you'll keep and resume your progress once they're in the free rotation or if you unlock 'em. 🤘

Hello MVPs!
We were too strict with the Starter Daily Login event by making it so players needed to login everyday in order to get the rewards. We’ve learned from our first event and future login events will have more leeway if days are missed.
To make up for this we will be bringing back the Starter Daily Login event and it will run to the end of Season 1. So as long as you log in 11 days anytime during Season 1 you will receive all the rewards.

Hi MVPs, we’re making a change so that playing PvE Rifts is more rewarding! Going forward, we will be awarding players with 10 Battle Pass XP for every star they earned in all PvE Rifts. This means stars players have already earned will also reward them Battle Pass XP.
Furthermore, we will also be granting 10 Battle Pass XP for each Daily Mission completed going forward. Our goal is to ensure players are rewarded for their time and allow them complete their Battle Pass, no matter what mode they enjoy playing.

Hey MVPs! After collecting a ton of data, we're happy to share that our disconnect rates have been dramatically reduced on all platforms including XB1 and PS4.
With the patch that went out earlier today, we fixed an issue where the game was incorrectly treating a long loading screen as a network timeout. We believe this was causing the high disconnect rates on PS4 and XB1. We have been monitoring and believe the patch has dramatically lowered disconnect rates on PS4 and XB1. Please let us know if this has improved for you!

Hey MVPs!
We noticed an error with one of our events that was preventing players from being able to obtain rewards due to a mission not working. To resolve this, all players who sign in from now to the end of the Batman vs The Joker event will get a one-time 600 XP grant to their reward track.
Also, the bug we found previously with stickers has been fixed so we have re-enabled them for use! Please let us know if any further errors occur.
