MVS Infinite and Beta+ both have Parsec matchmaking channels, they're decently active
I stream matches to Twitch occasionally

Neither project is done yet, but base MVS on Parsec is still playable. That's what we use
I try to play whenever possible, connection isn't an issue if you find the right players

But this server is nearly dead haha
If you're looking to play, you'd have better luck in the other servers

Parsec is super easy to set up. Just need to download and make a profile. If you're on controller, it's as simple as clicking a link to join games

I use the MVSI and Beta+ servers for Parsec matchmaking, they're active almost daily. I might even be down to play tonight

Also, months ago when the game shut down I made the huge mistake of deleting my Steam MVS data (I backed up my save, and just play the game through the files, can’t play MVS thru my main steam acc anymore 🤦‍♂️) so would I be able to play my main or my alt acc thru Parsec? And my b bro for asking all these questions. You know us bron mains have 2 digit IQs 😂

Parsec is just video streaming and sharing inputs. If the game runs on your PC then that's all you need to host games. If you want to join another player, all you need is Parsec
