If it still won't let you place things down, check to see if the Young Silverwing Nest, Ancient Galdur Statue, or Ancient Rock Garden are nearby. They have very broad "roots" and will block certain things from being placed near them.

There are two different things you can buy. One is just to unlock the premium stuff. If you only buy that, you still have to progress through the path to earn everything. The other thing you can pay for is to unlock all levels of the path at once, but this is just so you don't have to grind to complete the levels (which it sounds like is what you bought). If you haven't paid for the premium stuff, it only unlocks the free levels. You still have to pay for the premium path to get the premium levels.

This path has a lot of levels so unlocking early is expensive.

And it's really expensive to do both.

I've just noticed they've updated the gallery layout and I'm confused,, The photo with the cloud icon (taken today) I can upload to my profile but the one on the right (taken a little while ago and before the update) I cannot. Anything prior to the update is not saved on the new cloud saving, nor can it be uploaded to the profile. It will only be deleted if you delete it from your in-game camera. Anything with the cloud-checkmark image is saved on the new cloud system.

Silver is a rare ore in Kilima, so you're probably seeing people call out the coordinates where you can find it. You'll see it with many rare resources on all the maps, as well as other in-game daily events. The numbers and letters people call out with them are the map coordinates, find where they intersect on your map grid.

Yes, ore and most forgeables stay for 3 minutes after they're first harvested so other people can collect them. you'll see them start to flash before they disappear.

Trees don't stay for everyone once they're cut though, so when you get to the point where you're seeing rare tress (flow-infused trees), people usually call them out, hit them once, and then wait for a group before cutting and then everyone who has hit it gets the loot. It's the same with hunting. Everyone who gets a hit on the animal or bug also gets the loot.

I don't have access to the Elderwood Lures yet. I don't have access to the quest that grants them, I've done all quests as far as I know that lead to it.

So is anyone having trouble on finding Sifuu? Both on switch 2 and pc, Sifuu won't show up on any of the maps at any time of day. I can't go to her house to talk to her because the option doesn't show up like the others even when you don't have a key and I think she's glitched because at one point, there was a sword in her blacksmith shop in midair like she was suppose to be in there and disappeared later. I have quests to do with her and I can't do them

Sifuu is tied into a specific location for this quest. Same thing happens with Auni and Naio for their pirate treasure quests, they get stuck in the Elderwood until the quest is finished.

Sifuu also spends part of her day in Mitana Grove, she isn't always in Kilima anymore.

Working on this quest will let you encounter her, and you may be able to also finish the Memoir quest at the same time if the dialogue option pops up.

I'll do the quest but I haven't been searching only in Kilima, I've mentioned that I've checked all the maps and the times of day. I don't know her schedule so I just went everywhere for several in game days and she never showed up

When you go from map to map are you checking the Map Screen for her icon? She's supposed to be in Kilima from 2 PM to 5 AM and the EW from 5 AM to 2 PM.

I have two accounts. One is my main, everything completed and I have an Alt, most things completed. On my Main I have Tau's red ball in my inventory. Can't give it to him, can't do anything with it. But on my Alt account, I fished the ball out of the river and got a quest to clean it off with Chayne and give it to Tau... tau took it and there is no ball in my inventory. Is there a reason why i can't trigger the ball quest with my Main account? Ball is just sitting there now.

Yes I know how to check the map and for her icon. She is not on any of them and I checked for her to be in places of her scheduled times and she's not where she's supposed to be. I have found her though and it does seem that she was quest locked for that quest. Thank you for helping

Look for the quest Slimy! in your completed quests on your main account. Sometimes quest objects either reappear or don't get used up in their quests.

Sounds like you need to finish the quest he's currently engaged in to move forward with the friendship quest! Have you been able to verify it's in your completed quest log?

You can also use a hearth potion if you access to those. Or if you have anyone on your friends list who has a plot on home tours, you can try touring their plot from their profile and then using visitor's board at their plot to go home. Otherwise, you'll have to wait out the cooldown.

You'll need to acquire the sashimi recipe first, and, get the cooking stations from Reth. This daily may not be possible for you to complete on your own right now, but you could potentially cook sashimi with someone who has the recipe. As long as you do at least 1 step in the recipe, you'll get the dish.

You need to complete the quest 'answering the call'. Basically you'll get there automatically if you just follow your main quest line

Wallpaper shouldn't do it, but I've heard people say that it worked after removing wallpaper or roofing. Also do you have a lamp inside? That also shouldn't matter, but if it's the lamp that comes with the house, it might mess it up. Sometimes just leaving your plot and coming back works, too.

Infected Essence can be obtained by hunting, fishing, foraging, and bug catching in Elderwood after completing part 4 of the quest: The Nature of Shadows.

Tips for Collecting Essence

• Upgrade your Relics to Tier IV as soon as possible!
• Party up! When in a party, Relic buffs are shared with other party members even if they do not have that Relic equipped. It is suggested that party members each equip different Relics in order to combine multiple effects.
• Drop a Honey Lure and catch as many infected critters as you can (ideally in a party). A4 on the map grid is reported to be a great spot for lures!

You can equip and insta de-equip your pet after using the courier function. To make it easier you could make an exact duplicate of your outfit, one with and one without pet, and just switching between the two when you need to use the function

I stacked two once, and it was really hard to actually figure out that I did it. I can't remember if there was something growing on it, but I would recommend harvesting everything and then letting everything become untilled so you can pick up the soils and see if one magically appears. I think that's what happened when I did it.

They wanted to know if I had completed the quest “Through the Woods,” where you get the stable board recipe. I have but interestingly it’s not in my completed quests list, and others with this problem have found the same thing. So it might be useful for you to check this as well… I have “Up the Hill” in my completed list (the quest that comes after “Through the Woods”) and I have a stable board on my plot, but “Through the Woods” is nowhere in my completed quests list. I sent them screenshots of all of this.

If you purchased the Starter Bundle that contains a voucher for a Roli with Aura, open the treat bag you received and then go to the ranching register to use the voucher.

If you only purchased only the handler's license, and you did not previously have the Roli unlocked, you'll have to wait for the Roli to return to the Kilima Catalogue to purchase it.

First you need to get to level 8 in Gardening. That allows you to buy the recipe for the Preserves Jar from the Gardening Guild Store (Badruu himself). Once you build the jar and place it down, that unlocks the recipe for Pickled Onions.

Furniture does not count towards your storage. Things that typically end up taking lots of space in my chests are flint, fiber, and stone, so definitely check and see if those aren't taking up all your space.

Once it's anchored you can't unanchor it. You'd have to move whatever you built off the block to be able to remove the block

You can however sink the block down with the sinking glitch if you wanna hide it

Hello is this an ongoing issue the dragon statue is not accepting renown today. Myself and my two other friends have restarted the game multiple times.

Hello! I am new to the game and upon learning how to Graden, I was told that specific plants interact with other specific plants and do different things. Learning this I was expecting some kind of guid in-game to learn the different interactions with them. I got no tutorial on it so I went to the library to see if there was a book. I learned that there were no books but, while I was looking, I seen other books that caught my interest. I bought two of them and learned that I couldnt in any way interract with them. Only place them in my home. I was very sad to see. Is the only way to really learn about these plants to go to a fan-made website? Thats very disappointing if thats the case. But the game is very well-made and im so happy to be playing it!

It tells you in the description for the seeds. So if you have tomato seeds in your inventory and hover over them, you'll see that the description says, "Grows into a tomato plant that can be harvested multiple times. Helps keep other nearby crop types hydrated." So when you plant a tomato plant, the plants immediately touching the square for the tomato plant will not need to be watered (as long as the tomato is watered). Some seeds prevent weeds, some give a harvest boost. But I think all the descriptions tell you that.

Also, I was disappointed that the book decor isn't readable, too! 🙂

Ah, I'm just blind LOL! I think it'd be really cool if they had like a book on gardening that you find specifically in the library and have animations with the books to interact with them. Other than actually going to the library to read, all you go there to do is find an NPC and thats so sad.. Not only that, I think there should be a warning on the books that say DECOR ONLY for new players like me so im not waisting coins that are almost only (if not only) obtainable by playing games that are only playable at a specific time.. :< It's a bummer. Learning about this game and reading the description of the books, I was really ready to say the library was my favorite add in the game.. Sniffle..

If not, what is generally recommended is to check each location on the wiki, take a pic/screenshot of the fact that it's not here any more, take a screenshot of the quests completed and the fact that you bought all the sacred flowers from Tamala's shop. the flirt option is always avaible pin or no, they do not comment on it with the flirt option, other npc do comment on the pin you are wearing or not wearing anymore and i think if you wear tish pin and flirt with reth he will comment on it, same between nai'o and kenyatta, but for the rest, no one will comment too much.

Okay thanks! This is very helpful. What may be worth trying is finishing pieces of the past, and, better days. Those quests involve the sisters and Zeki, and I am wondering if having those active is interfering with them spawning in the temple of Gales for you.

You could progress/finish those and see if that helps.

Another thing to try is, shutting down Palia and your system completely, and then resync your date and time, and then reload Palia to see if that helps spawn the sisters and Zeki into the temple of Gales.

If you're able to, take a screenshot/video capture of you walking into the temple of Gales, so that way in case you need to submit a follow up to your ticket, you have some evidence you can share with them showing they are not populating.

Unfortunately, as Jess mentioned, the mod team here cannot do anything or assist with any in-game issues you're experiencing. You'll need to follow up with support about the issues you're experiencing with another player.

As for your plot security, it may best to close your plot completely so no one can visit except NPCs. And, you'll need to unfriend this individual before blocking them in order for them to not be on your friends list anymore.

You can type /unblock username (put their username there) into the chat, and then remove them from your friends list. Then, you can reblock them by typing /block username into chat.

You met Subira through a series of quests -- Stranger Things Afoot is completed, and then you're giving the Fit For A Watcher quest.

Guys, I’m having an issue with maji markets achievements - I’m not getting them done even tho I have completed them already. Tried a few times to do them again and again but still nothing worked. I’m not sure if this is your problem but a lot of people have misunderstood the Pop-A-Chapaa stamp cards. The number you get at the end of the mini game is the number of points and not the number of balloons

Fwiw, it took me a full year of markets to reach 5k balloons. I literally just got that last achievement last Maji market. It's probably not bugged and it's counting what you do, you're just not at 2k yet.

It's just on the hollow grove plot. We don't have it in game. You can make the Ravenwood fence look a little similar by not stretching it out as far between placing the posts (then you don't get that flat decorative part), but I think it uses more items and it still doesn't look the same.

yep! thats your tool durability. when it gets to 0 durability and 'breaks', it downgrades to the previous tool level. you currently have the Standard Axe, so it will downgrade to Makeshift. (Makeshift tools do not break)
You can either wait until it downgrades, then re-craft the standard axe at your workbench, or before it downgrades, go to a repair station (on your plot, at the blacksmith in kilima, or near the bahari/elderwood central stables) and repair the tool with Repair Kits (you'll need to craft these at oyur workbench). Sifuu's (the blacksmith) repair station lets you repair your tool for gold instead of for repair kits.

That's not for the 10 mil thing, it's just a regular quest. But you have to fish them. It can take time. You are fishing on the Bahari coast, right?

If you haven't bought the premium version of the pass, some of the levels won't be claimable for you. Those have the diamond icon that shows premium items on them. You need to buy the premium access (make sure it's not the "all path levels" one, that's a common confusion there and they are not the same) to get them.

The number you're seeing at the end of the game is the number of points you got, not the number of balloons. Some balloons are worth more points than others. It's a common confusion point, and unfortunately there's no way to look up the amount of balloons (beyond the maximum in the stamp card).

As Faera said, the accessibility channel will be better. But I'll still answer here. Do you have the crosshair activated? You might also change the sensitivity of your mouse, and changing FOV can help too if I remember right. With the crosshair, my motion sickness is better. The only thing that makes me nauseous is when ranching. When the camera spins, I'm always looking away.

Using a gamepad or Xbox controller also helps with this problem and makes it easier to move around in the game.

you can buy the recipes to craft new cooking stations from reth. i think the first one is the stove - you might need to raise your cooking level by cooking more on the campfire first.

or you can go to someone else's housing plot and cook on their cooking stations. they can start a recipe and you can participate even if you don't have the recipe or cooking stations unlocked yourself. as long as you complete at least one step of the recipe, you'll get the food and XP at the end.

Heyo guys, I'm having a bit of an issue with the celebration tokens. Today would be the fifth day I logged on but it didn't give me a token, yet says I've completed it. I've tried logging out and going back in but it didn't seem to work.

oh thats the bloom, they spawn once a palia day at like 12, people get together pull the weeds and water the flowers they bloom and you pick them. You get diffrent foragables and other flowers

You would need to cancel place the pavers out of the way, then you can place the chest

It's super easy:

1. Have something in your inventory that you can place, can be anything, in this example I used a starred burger but can be decor, a starred fish or bug, etc. Note the number it's at on your hotbar
2. Pick up the item you want to cancel place (in this case the paver)
3. Move it somewhere else BUT don't click to place, instead, press the number on your hotbar noted earlier. The paver will appear to be placed and the hotbar item will pop up on your cursor. Go out and back into decorate mode and repeat with the other paver(s)
4. Move the chest to the spot the pavers were at, then reload your map

You might have to cancel place the lower shelf away as well, it looks like the brackets might be touching the chest, but not sure

It looks like there's only 2 pavers you need to move and they'll pop right back upon a reload :)

i had two rows, for some odd reason i fully removed teh second row..ill get back to you if i can do it

uhh weirdly enough i have no issues placing the storage on the paver outside where there's space but inside the house it wont let me..and when i press teh number on a starred butterfly for example nothing happens :S

also when i press the number i dont see my item appearing in the grid like you, in fact the grid disappears and it kicks me out of deco mode, and the paver doesnt appear placed, it also gets removed

1 of the above will allow 4 or both will allow 8 slots to go home

The starter pack doesn't include any sending-home slots, so it won't help with sending the items home. You'll need to either buy the founders pack, or do the quest (can be found in the elderwood once you're far enough in the main storyline). Then, next to your inventory lines, "sending home" buttons should appear.

Pour la perle noire, c'est vraiment de la chance. Si tu as le schéma pour la Lanterne 4, tu peux demander quelqu'un t'envoie une perle noire depuis la station pour faire les reliques. Pour le poisson flottant de minuit, on le retrouve aux quais de la mer notamment entre 18h et 3h. Mais ça reste très rare, je me rappelle avoir galéré à l'avoir.

For the black pearl, it's down to luck unfortunately. If you have the schematic for Lantern IV, you can request it at the relic station in Elderwood. For the midnight floatfish, you can fish it in Der Mer dock, from 6PM to 3AM. But they are rare, and I remember having trouble catching them

So is there a fix for the chappa race? I and quite a few others have noticed that people who are running pretty far behind a player can still snag up the chappa from the person running on its tail. This is the only time this has happened but given how heavy the manned the races are its difficult when someone behind you can snag it from you.

I have seen this happen for a long time. I think it's actually just lag--they may look like they are behind you but in actuality they are ahead of you. With so many people in one area, the game may be a little behind in showing where other people actually are in relation to you.

Not always is the player model on your screen the same as it on the server side or especially on the other players screen. The player model could be one step behind you on your screen, but from the other players view. The player model could be along side you, especially when running.
