The limiting factor is always the construction of the things. Like the gazebo: it has lights on the outside, attached to the pillars...but you can't place additional lights on teh inside. It partially works in the pavillion

There's a bug that's been around since we could start planting wild trees on our plot- it causes them to teleport to your other plots during a growth cycle. Check there and then go right back to your main plot without touching or watering them and they should pop back without you having to pick them up individually

Hi friend! Once purchased, you adjust the landscape in the Home mode- it doesn’t automatically change any of them for you. Different plots can have different landscapes too
