Luna Pixel's World Sharing

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The "Essential" mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the "Open to Lan" or "Share World" button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.

There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way.

Right, sorry; So the version we're using is 1.20.1 v27.zip and we downloaded the modpack from Curseforge launcher, and recently it updated from v26 to v27. It hasn't crashed like this at all before and we've never altered it in any way shape or form. And as you can see, what caused this crash was the Hexblade magister spawning in the screenshots I posted

Howdy, was just doing some stuff on a server when we encountered an issue with Hexblade Magisters. Whenever we summoned one via the Hexblade Offering and it would result in an immediate game crash. We tried restarting the server and rolled back a few minutes before and summoning them will always result in a crash.

1. Minecraft version 1.20.1
2. CurseForge
3. We changed some config settings; being seasons to be one week real time and enabling 'pick up players' on CarryOn.
4. The latest version of Medieval MC : V27 and it was fresh installation.
5. Nope, it always crashes. Friends of mine tried summoning them in their solo server on creative and Magisters would bork their game too.
6. Hexblade Magisters from the Hexblade Offering; everytime they'd attack us the server would crash.

The Essential mod is completely incompatible with all of our modpacks, and there's no reason to use it. All of our modpacks already come with built-in, free world hosting, by clicking the "Share World' button in the Open to LAN menu. You can learn more by typing !ws in the ⁠#bots channel. You can also run type !server in the same channel to learn how to properly host a server for better performance and more flexibility. In modpacks that aren't owned by us, you can use mods such as e4mc or WorldHost to host a server completely for free without Essential's many issues and crashes and the microtransactions that they constantly bother users with. so i have this issue where suddenly chests and some other objects become invisible. this usually precedes a crash to bufferstate. I applied 10GB to the memory, so i do not think it's that. did i mess up a graphic setting that affects rendering bugs?

i don't have the proper crash name right now. i can provide that and any logs desired when it happens. it's usually after some time of play, like an hour or two

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there. Do the same with the XaerosMinimap folder, or the Journeymap folder, to transfer over any waypoints you've created.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.

So I've come across a biome in the latest version for 1.20.1 (v27) called 'deffered_placeholder'. Is this a bug or is it replacing something else?

I have added a few extra mods but nothing that directly changes world gen that I'm aware (unless adding croptopia somehow changes some biome generation - the only other mods I've added are utility mods such as ring of attraction). Have also removed seasons.

sorry was talking to the peeps on it. it's based on preference. this is all up to you really on what you prefer. for the most part it's usually MC version difference, but with the lastest version, mmc3 fabric and mmc5 neoforge the devs have to wait for stuff to be updated and released for 1.21.x

The Mythic Mounts mod works, but none of the Mythic Mounts mobs (Nightmare, NetherBat) spawns naturally in the nether. I hiked up the spawn chances and weights up but they just still not spawning naturally.

the mod by default does not use any accessory slot

it puts the backpack into an imaginary place that you cant access besides pressing B

but we have it set to be compatible with accessories

so you have to use that instead

as it integrates better with the rest of the pack

Me and my friends are trying to make a server using this modpack, specially MMC3 1.12.1 v10.
