1. Make sure you are in the correct channel for the modpack you are playing. For example, if you're playing Better MC Fabric, ask in #better-mc-fabric.
2. Make sure you are on the latest version of the modpack you are playing. While we still offer support for instances on older Minecraft versions (such as 1.16.5, 1.18.2) we do not offer support for instances on older modpack versions (If you're on v3 of the modpack while the latest is v7, for example). It is completely safe to update from an older version of the modpack to a newer one, and your world will not be lost or damaged.
3. When asking your question, please make sure to click the "Support Questions" button at the bottom of this channel and answer all questions that it provides.

Optionally, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue on your own:

Reinstall the modpack on ATLauncher and transfer over your saves folder and the Xaeros Minimap or Journeymap folders from your old instance, if you already made a world.
Update your graphics drivers through the vendor's website. Type !drivers in #bots for more information.
Follow the performance guide, **especially **the Java section.
