If withdrawing rewards then One possibility is that it’s a rounding error. Try editing the number of tokens by taking the last number off the long line of decimals. For example 1.3490851716199583 becomes 1.349085171619958

Not really a work around. Just gotta make it happen. There are other immutable marketplaces that allow you to transfer NFTs. Are you using a hardware wallet? Is the transaction appearing as it should? Have you tried logging out and logging back in? Have you contacted either illuvium support of imx support?

No one here should be giving you tax advice. You should contact an actual expert. I use koinly. My staking rewards are not counted there until I mint them and they are in my wallet. That’s when I first acquire them. You’d have to do some sort of manual adding to whatever system you use to convince the system that you own tokens that have not been minted yet.

The stake does not have a fixed yield, it decays over time, which may have been due to this variation. Ideally, you should check if there has been any withdrawal of rewards on the network explorer to see if any transactions have been made in your wallet.

Well that is simply not correct. Apr has always been and will only ever be variable.

If you staked 1000 days ago then you staked super early. Which was good. But the real problem is that the staking protocol got hacked In the meantime. And you would’ve needed to migrate to v2 staking as soon after March 30, 2022 as possible to be eligibly staked for as long as possible.

I want to write a review about a game. The Illuvium Arena PVP. I played it a lot. I’ve heard from several people who registered through me that there’s a huge imbalance in points in the arena. And I noticed it too, played it, and even took screenshots of these streams. The parts that surprised me are, for example, when I win four or five times, I only get three points, while at the beginning, an unlucky player comes in, registers once, and they deduct five hundred points from them. I never got a hundred points in any of my matches, even though I beat someone five or six times. I don’t find this realistic at all, I don’t find it fair, and I don’t find it fair either that if you look at my streams, I have a lot of them, I constantly stream Illuvium, I put time and effort into it, and now I see that there’s not much point, because you’re not giving out rewards to me. And honestly, I just feel like the game has lost its appeal a bit. I say this as constructive criticism, it wouldn’t hurt to improve on this😊

You could ask koinly for help if this is not enough info. Staking is on ethereum. So add your ethereum mainnet wallet address if staking, maybe as metamask maybe something else. Doesn’t really matter as long as it’s Ethereum. Most of Illuvium’s NFTs are on ImmutableX layer2 network. So add your ImmutableX addresses for those.

And koinly works out the rest.

Immutable PASSPORT is a custodial wallet for holding in game assets. The illuvium game account is for logging in to the games. And maintaining your user info.

Hi guys, I registered for Beta4 using the same email address attached to the wallet with my assets, but when I click on "profile" and "activity" it shows no assets. It's like it's a different account - like I have two different accounts, but both of them have the same email address. This obviously matters a LOT re the size of my future airdrop... anyone else knowledgeable re this issue?

Is it possible that I accidentally created a 2nd illuvium account? If so, would the game's backend system know that the two accounts should be linked? If not, should I change the email address on the account with my assets and try re-registering again using the new email address?

The system design regarding this issue seems pretty bad imo. I hope this issue can get fixed soon as I'm sure there are other people running into the same problem.

It is a different account. It’s even a different network. Testnet and mainnet are not the same. It’s a separate set of webpages as well. Everything that happens in the testnet beta does not change anything on chain for mainnet (like illuvitars and land NFTs)

The fact that you used the same email for the accounts will help the team recognize that both of the separate accounts are yours.

Your loyalty airdrop will very likely end up being sent to the address with all of your past on chain interactions. Airdropping ILV to an address that only works on IMX as a custodial wallet would be an absurdly bad idea (unless it was actually on imx). It’s not gonna be a thing. Even if you never registered for beta4 you’d still be getting the loyalty airdrop. That snapshot was taken before anyone registered for beta4 anyways.

No no. You don’t even need to get any sepETH. The team has some and can send it to you (or you claim it) if you are in the beta.

If you google sepolia faucet you’ll find some options though. No need to ever pay or connect a wallet. Just copy paste in your wallet address. Anything that asks for more is trying to scam you or get you to pay when there are also free alternatives

It’s giving me the same DIFFERENT WALLET error that you’ve got. Because I have not connected recently. So I’m logging into my metamask extension and making it reconnect.

IMX passport was created to make it easy for normies to control crypto assets. A lot of us that are used to more control over our wallets (actually having keys) Might not enjoy the custodial nature of IMX passport. But the benefit of it is that when you’re playing a game in which everything is an NFT and gets burnt often to create new NFTs it’s annoying to have to approve all these hundreds of transactions to play a simple game. So imx Passport Simply approves things automatically when you click to make them happen in the game.

Of course that leads to potential security concerns when you’re dealing with valuable NFTs. So it’s possible to link another Wallet as read only to prove to IMX passport that you own an asset to be able to use it in game. But if you ever want to transfer that NFT you would have to manually approve the transaction using your actual MetaMask wallet or even hardware wallet.

I think what you want to do is probably just ignore the MetaMask pop-ups so you can register for beta 4.

The websites are certainly confusing right now because there are two separate websites with connections to two different networks because one is on testnet while the other is on actual ImmutableX network.

Anyway, I’m not really able to help you here that’s pretty obvious.

It's a priority Battle between metamask and Phantom wallet afaik.
If you struggles to connect your metamask with your illuvium Account Set up priorities of the wallets, or simply deactivate the other wallets in Browser Settings to have no struggles to connect your metamask.

Airdrops
So first there is the Loyalty airdrop (50k ILV) which is already set in stone. Snapshot was taken on April 14th as a record of every wallet that has participated in the ecosystem.

Then there is the Testnet Beta airdrop (20k ILV) which is registered for using IMX Passport. 10k users will start getting into Beta 4 on the 30th of April (recently increased to 20k). Some of these users are selected based on previous activity and some are randomly selected from individual content creator's referal links. If you don't get in the first 10k users for PB4 Testnet, the Open Beta Testnet opens to everyone after about May 28. While the Testnet games are limited to a select few there is only a flat amount of points that those players will receive. Additional points will start being earned by players after May 28. More points will lead to receiving a larger portion of this 20k ILV airdrop.

Then after some more testing, there is Open Beta Mainnet, which everyone can play and offers the remaining 180k ILV in airdrops based on your interaction with the ecosystem. This one is where your illuvials and armor etc are actual NFTs on the main blockchain. The real deal. It’s the game launch.

I've just recently caught up with the recent ILV news and I have a question regarding the upcoming private beta 4.
I've been a ILV Pool + Sushi Pool staker since 2021 and I realised that the IMX Passport that I created for the PB4 and the account I used to play test Overworld and Arena (linked to my staking wallet) are two different accounts. Is it normal ? Did I messed up somewhere ?
I've read here (I think Ben mentioned it a while back) that the algorithm would maybe favour ILV holders. Sooo that's not good if my staking wallet is not linked to the IMX Passport right 🤔? Thanks for the answer, looking forward to PB4 🫡

Holding assets doesn't give you a higher Chance for getting into pb4.

Make sure you created passport with the Same mail you playtested the Games and gave feedback in the past, that could give you a higher Chance getting selected for pb4

So you are on the normal Homepage, not sandbox.illuvium, right?
Try to disable other wallets Like for example phantom wallet in your Browser Settings, clear Cache and restart Browser. Likely it is one of those which solves the öroblem

Actually any email with links for minting or claiming or any call to action for some sort of time sensitive on chain action is going to be a scam.

Any email telling you that you are getting something for free… those will be scams. Never trust email links.

Always check the actual address that sent an email. I got this scam too. The address is some crazy crazy weirdness that’s clearly scammy. This is the easiest way to confirm when emails are scams. However, even if something appears to be from illuvium after checking the sender still be suspicious of any links especially that are to some page for doing something on chain. It’s best to just contact #❓❓〕support on the actual illuvium website shared in the bot post below (or on the website…look for HELP(?) in the top menu)

Airdrops
So first there is the Loyalty airdrop (50k ILV) which is already set in stone. Snapshot was taken on April 14th as a record of every wallet that has participated in the ecosystem.

Then there is the Testnet Beta airdrop (20k ILV) which is registered for using IMX Passport. 10k users will get into this one on the 30th of April. Some of these users are selected based on previous activity and some are randomly selected from individual content creator's referal links. If you don't get in the first 10k users for PB4 Testnet, the Open Beta Testnet opens to everyone after about May 28.

Then after some more testing, there is Open Beta Mainnet, which everyone can play and offers the remaining 180k ILV in airdrops based on your interaction with the ecosystem. This one is where your illuvials and armor etc are actual NFTs on the main blockchain. The real deal. It’s the game launch.

If you experienced Error in installation, try to uninstall the original version. Reopen the Epic launcher. Reinstall the Testnet version. It's all good.

hello team ❤️ I cant believe it but im stuck trying to fight the first Illuvial
after I craft the first weapon, I am told to select it (the Earth Galdius weapon), and then click on my character... but nothing happens when I click the weapon.
I cannot either "select" it, nor drag and drop it, I tried every clicks, CTRL+clicks, etc. but nothing happens as it does not move.

of course I tried to restart the game (and tried my computer too ahah)
am I missing something or is it a bug ?

It should be drag and drop. You could possibly press ESC and see what the controls are.

But probably click on the sword and then click on the ranger could work too. If nothing is working perhaps there’s a weird bug. Press B to report it in game

Have you tried forging some shards before heading to the region? Go to the forge, select shards, and try to craft a few. See if that doesn't resolve the issue.

On April 30th 21:00 UTC or in your timezone <t:1714510800:F> start to look for an email sent from [e-mail] that contains a key/code. The key/code will need to be copy and pasted into the epic game launcher to redeem. These emails will be sent out gradually over several days. Links are scams. Don’t click links from emails.
